We were woken up 3 mornings in a row with a fog barking below us. It’s a “dog friendly” hotel.
Staff is clearly overworked and not the best atmosphere between the restaurant staff.
Great cycles for rent!
Front desk was very helpful and was overall satisfied with our stay.

Wonderful location nestled on the edge of the village in the spectacular Tirol mountains with comfortable rooms, a beautiful spa and delicious cuisine. Two things that the hotel must address are: 1. provide serious customer service training for its front desk staff who are frosty, curt and rude to guests. 2. Extend the opening times of the sauna area (limited to 14-19:00 each day). If you are prepared to overlook the attitude problems and you do not want to relax in the spa all day, then this is a gem of a hotel for you! Tip: explore the village and surrounding nature on the free e-bikes (albeit you still have to overcome the surly front desk staff to hire them, fill forms etc).

A great hotel that has been refurbished, with beautiful rooms and a stunning aspect, however, we would suggest you visit some of the fine restaurants in the town of Seefeld.
Check-in is very smooth and it's always nice to be treated to a glass of sparkling wine.
The facilities are excellent and it's a great hotel to explore the region.
This is more a full board style hotel, so it felt slightly like being on a cruise ship (which we love) although the food was alittle disappointing unfortunately.
The wine list is a bit limited, however, we did manage to find a nice Italian Chianti.

The hotel is lovely, the location is convenient and the setting of Seefeld is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed a wonderful meal at their restaurant next door—a cozy 300 year old farmhouse with traditional fare. Overall we had a very nice stay, except for a couple of small hiccups: We selected the hotel in part based on the website advertising daily activities, including guided hikes. However, when we tried to sign up for a hike, we were told that the tour guide was not there anymore. This would’ve been only slightly disappointing except for the fact that the front desk staff—while very friendly and well-intentioned—couldn’t give us any information or recommendations on possible trails aside from giving us a map and marking the hotel’s location. In the end, it wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but more of an inconvenience. Second, when arrived back at the hotel after a day of hiking (around 4pm), probably like most guests, we were looking forward to a hot shower. But there was no hot water to be had for more than an hour. Again, not a deal breaker, but definitely an unexpected inconvenience for a hotel of this quality (and at this price point).

The room(s) was just wonderful, with a super balcony. The hotel is really well looked after.
The service was outstanding and in particular the restaurant waiters were really really friendly and attentive. Super sauna area high up in the hotel with a view. Hope I will be back one day.

We stayed with our four year old and absolutely loved this hotel. The pool and spa were great, breakfast and dinner amazing, all the staff were so nice and friendly. Only slight negative was the walk back up the hill to the hotel but this was only an issue because of our son’s little legs, so shouldn’t put anyone else off. Also there was a free bus around the town. Seefeld was beautiful and my husband enjoyed the skiing. The photo is the view from our balcony.

The room lights were connected to switches in a way that was nearly impossible to fathom. We spent a half hour trying to get the bedside lights (and nothing else) on. The bathroom has a clear glass sliding door--not much privacy! The shower (in the tub) has no curtain and sprays everywhere, making a big puddle that we had to soak up with towels. They had plenty of tables in the dining room but they apparently reserve all of them for guests other that ourselves. Gorgious setting but tragic flaws in the hotel and operations.

This hotel has the potential to be a good hotel but right now there are too many mistakes being made by the staff. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed due to a wedding which was not a problem but the next day when we went for breakfast we were met by a filthy breakfast room. The carpet was so dirty that it put me off my breakfast. How you can open a restaurant for your guests in the state it was in is beyond my belief.
We also had to ask the waiters everyday if they could fill more juice in the containers, bring more bread , more glasses. They had no eye for detail and some got annoyed when you asked them to bring more items.
The tables outside were still filthy from breakfast so you had to clean them yourself for lunch. I had to go and ask them to bring some drinks for lunch as the waiter was too busy talking to her colleague. Lunch was pathetic, bad soup and limp salad.
The one positive thing about this hotel is the rooms, we stayed in a junior suite which was very modern. Some staff were really friendly but they def need more training.
We stayed for three nights and we ate out two of them. Seefeld has such an idyllic centre with lots of nice places to eat and nice shops. Def worth visiting but I would not stay at this hotel.
Wi-fi is really crap here as it is a shared wifi for the whole of Seefeld.

Lovely spacious room with a huge king size bed, sitting area and balcony Excellent hotel facilities with a spa and indoor swimming pool. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were all very friendly. Easy access to Seefeld - just a short walk or free bus. Easy access to ski slopes - free ski bus. Excellent shops/boutiques for shopping. Plus very easy rail connections to Innsbruck. Excellent winter short break.
