This is a budget hotel; keep your expectations reasonable. First off, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. You will be provided with a single room key (not a card) which may cause logistical issues if there are others in your party. The rooms are barebones. The blankets are thin, the sheets are old, the pillows are flat, and the towels are small. Everything is serviceable; don't expect any bells and whistles. The room itself smelled like a combination of heavy Febreze, urinal cakes, and cigarette smoke. It was an overwhelming scent that never went away. The room does not have a ventilation fan, and keeping the windows open all day was not an option. The area surrounding the hotel is primarily retail. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within minutes of the hotel. Seekonk is not the safest community out there, so parts of your stay may feel sketchy. For example, several of the units had multiple guests (5 or more people) staying in a single room. There was also a lot of noise coming from the rooms after midnight. If you decide to book a room at this hotel, do so with realistic expectations. You'll get friendly service and an affordable nightly rate. If you want anything beyond that, you may have to look elsewhere.

Place was not as advertised/described. It was old, a bit smelly, bathroom sink and shower head area had a lot of wear/needed repair. Staff was nice, made us feel safe and clean. Beds were comfy.

This is an old fashioned hotel that still uses door keys which I felt should have been modernized. This is a basic hotel which I felt I paid too much for the one night stay. The hotel was not too far from places to eat & not too far from the main roads.

Really nice check-in employees and plenty of parking. Seemed dated and we watched our car at night as we felt a little unsure of the area, but all was fine with our car the next day. Clean bathroom, room was older and just ok, nothing to share photos of to anyone.

Very very clean. older building but remodeled into great shape. Everything worked great. Nice check in staff. Nice cleaning crew. 0

Very nice place for short stays. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fridge needed some work it was freezing the contents like botted water. Room service was very good plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. A good addition to the place would be room safes. The doors have old-fashioned locks with keys that can be easily copied and there are no cameras to monitor the entrances. I was concerned about leaving my laptop in the room. We do plan to stay here again despite these shortcomings.

Very clean and room was spacious. TV was quite a distance away and was a 26 inch. Was ok for watching news before sleeping, otherwise would be disappointing. Need to have drainage looked at. Tub fills up with water when showering. Toilet has to be flushed more than once from time to time. Overall for price and 1 night, it was fine.

Overall good accommodations for the price. Just needed a bed to sleep in for the night. Shower was difficult to work to get the hot water to come out of the nozzle. Bathroom exhaust came on when light was turned on-better if it didn't. Did like the dim light that was on the hair dryer so that you didn't have to turn on the light when using the bathroom at night.

Always a decent place. Water pressure in my rooms shower was like standing outside a thirty story building with someone on top pouring a dixie cup of water on you on a windy day.
