This cozy hotel is in the center of Strasbourg. It is perfect for visiting the Christmas markets and the city center.

The location is amazing, at the heart of the city center, steps away from the Christmas market. The condition of the hotel is average, nothing fancy but good enough for an overnight stay.

Absolutely fantastic location. Easy to access.

The location is amazing, I'd have loved to get one of the few rooms facing the little square where the hotel is located, but also my triple room enjoyed a very nice view on the Cathedral's tower.
The staff was super-friendly. The facilities in the room could have been newer, but also were good for the level of the hotel. The rate also was good.
Probably a little more attention on the cleaning would make the hotel almost perfect. However, we liked it so much.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great customer service!
In the heart of the historical center, at one of the most romantic squares in Strasbourg. Close to many sightseeings, good restaurants and the river. Top location for people exploring the historical part by walking. We have parked our car in the parking across the river.

The location is amazing. The triple room is not bad, just the bathroom is not really comfortable (very very small), however the shower is quite good and large enough.
The guys at the reception have been great đź‘Ť

Due to road works, getting to the hotel and finding parking nearby was a nightmare. We called the hotel in the early evening to let them know we wouldn't get to the hotel before late evening. After having to call three times someone finally picked up and said there was someone there 24 hours. When we arrived in Strasbourg and tried to make our way to the hotel all of the road works going on meant it took us about 40 minutes - although we had called the hotel earlier he had not warned us of the issue we would have. Then when we finally just winged it and fell lucky to park near the hotel we called to ask where we should park as the Hotels.com site said parking was available nearby. Again we had to ring four times before we got a response. He was not at all helpful. We ended up asking a guy on the street and just parked on the street hoping for the best and not to be towed. When we got to the hotel the front desk guy was clearly the guy who I had spoken to on the phone. He was very aloof, not very knowledagble and also seemed not very knowledagble about the city either. Disappointing! The hotel was old and so I set my expectations at a low level. The location was great, close to all historic sites and in a lovely busstling square. The room was tiny - really for one person not two. The room was not very clean - carpets not vacuumed and hair around the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and seemed clean. If you are a couple looking to have a nice stay in Strasbourg, choose elsewhere.

I was delighted with the location. Right in the heart of wonderful old buildings, restaurants and the cathedral. The hotel was adequate. It had well used furniture, a unique bathroom but the bed was comfortable.

We got almost no sleep, it was very loud all night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and people in the halls, and people in the street. The bed was very very very small and uncomfortable. The room was tiny and the bathroom was ridiculously small. The water from the shower had an awful smell. There is no parking very close to the hotel like it mentions, it’s a 10 minute walk away and more than €20 a night. The staff was nice but that is the only nice thing about this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the natural light in the room. The customer service was amazing; my husband became ill and they were creative in helping accommodate his needs. Thanks so much!

The second you walk in you are greeted by cobwebs and a terrible smell. You need to walk down a stinky narrow hallway just be turn the corner and be greeted by someone at the “front desk” who is not trying to helpful at all. This also explains why the phone was never answered when we tried calling earlier in the day. After the unpleasant beginning we held out hope that the room would be fine, and that is all that matters. However, the bathroom was infested with spiders, and the entire room looked dilapidated and dirty. The only positive is that the bedding did look clean. However, the bathroom was unusable. We canceled our booking then and there and found a new spot to stay. I’d recommend not giving this place a chance if you wouldn’t be willing to tolerate well below standard cleanliness.

Amazing location right in the center of the old city, around the corner from the cathedral and a block from the river. Even though the plaza in front of the hotel was filled with crowded with noisy tourists, inside our room was as quiet as can be. The only negative - and it's a minor one at best - is the room was permeated with the smell of cologne, perhaps to hide tobacco odor? By the second day, either the smell went away or I stopped noticing it. But overall, we had a very positive experience at the hotel, and the location really couldn't be beat.
