THE FIVE STAR IS A UPGRADED 3 STAR HOTEL NEWLY RENOVATED, NEW FLOORING, UPGRADED BATHROOMS, TV HAS HULU IN SOME THE ROOMS ALONG WITH ORHER MOVIE APPS. OVERALL PRETTY REASONABLE DURING THE WEEK, BUT DOES GET PRICEY come Thursday-Satuday, I would suggest to book on a Sunday -Thursday if you are going to plan to stay for more than one night. No ice machine.Does have vending machines and wzzher and dryer both under $3.00 per machine , has a pool & jacuzzi. Office a little rough during the day, at night a bit more friendly. Also consider staying on the 2 or 3rd as for the first floor has a lot of regulars.

You have to put down a cash deposit which they don’t let you know ahead of time. Our sheets in our room were ripped and dirty. The walls were half painted and in summer you’d think the pool would be clean but nope, green. Definitely wouldn’t recommend honestly. I we had to use the sketchy atm on the property to get cash for our deposit cause usually it’s card deposit.

I go back and they give me theyre “new” rooms. So i go check it out and still looked really bad and wasnt like the pictures at all. I confronted them and they didnt know what to say and gave me my deposit back and i left.

Payed for a studio suite online and when I got there they give me a normal room and say there’s no suites available, won’t refund me the extra for the room downgrade or anything all they said is I can cancel if I want, paid for a suite and got a normal room which is cheaper than I paid and they won’t refund the difference.

To many people hanging outside our room and people just looking for what room is open, I haven’t felt this unsafe at a property in a while. And I travel a lot.

There was a $30.00 dollar charge every visit. I was very upset with this practice. I never got $20 dollars in return. I always say don’t expect karma when you commit theft.

Water on several of the stories of stairwell- super high risk of falls, and another puddle of water in front of the room- it hadn't been raining. The room was ALL tagged up, light fixture and smoke detectors broken, the microwave and fridge all dented up, I've never seen a room like this. In view of court yard there was burnt mattresses outside. looked unsafe and hazardous had non-smoking, but room had horrible dirty comforter stained, and huge burnt marks. the pillows were stained the wall and ceiling as well there where cockroaches in the bathrooms. there was porn on the tv and no parent controls set up. Lots if comotion throughout the day. check in specified like 3 different times no refunds and that they where not responsible for thefts or break ins stay at your own risk. please, do not recommend, we would of just left but i was with family late out somewhere i didnt know.

This place is very very bad! I was charged an extra $30 supposedly because what I paid through travelocity an old room and the extra charge was for a new room. Nothing was new but the floor. No TV service, it was a cold rainy night and the heater didn’t work and the sheets were dirty stained. Loud music playing. It’s a very bad place. Shouldn’t even be listed in this website. Not worth it!!
