It was great perfect location after a long day at Santa’s village. Will come back again next year

Both beds made popping sounds whenever you turned over. The slats under the mattresses are broken in room 206. I told the front desk and she acted like she didn’t believe me. We had a horrible night with popping that sounded like fireworks. I won’t go back.

d to wait till 2 (normal check-it 3), couldn't help, her boss just left. Problen there was not a car in the LARGE lot being off season the place was mostly empty. Se we had to sit in the lobby 1 1/2 hr.

They young lady at the counter was amazing. I actually spoke to her on the phone the day prior to out trip about early check in and she was very attentive at our needs and our needs were met. Your place should do all they can to keep her it is hard to great workers especially young people with her social skills. First impressions are key.

Arrived to check in at a remote area in new Hampshire and was not allowed into the room until also passing over details of my vehicle for 'security reasons' as if this is 1924 and security cameras don't exist. Upon arrival, with limited time to prepare for a wedding, I was forced into a freezing cold shower because they had no working hot water. While they claimed this was "fixed" within 30 minutes, and therefore refused to adjust any cost to the bill, they clearly don't understand physics and that simply fixing a problem doesn't instantly heat all the water in the hotel's tanks again. Even the next morning, showers were lukewarm at best. The pathetic excuse for a continental breakfast would barely qualify as animal feed, and the beds and pillows were so hard that if you cannot find other lodgings and are only up in the area for a day, I highly encourage you to save your money, park your car in a roadside ditch, and sleep in the back seat, as it will be far more comfortable sleeping conditions and largely more hospitable as long as the weather isn't freezing.

Upon check in, we were given keys to a room with somebody already staying in it. New room smelled bad and musty. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pool was yucky and stairs were slippery due to amount of grime in them. Breakfast muffins had no warning that they contained peanuts and almost fed one to my child with a peanut allergy as they were right next to the lemon muffins. Staff didnt care at all when told. Entire property was extremely dated and old, which normally I wouldn’t mind but it just felt dirty.

Good: location/view, easy check in an out, plenty of parking.
Other: No hot water in shower/tub, tile broken/missing in bathroom. carpets ripped/torn, furniture in room is dated, well past prime, bed comfort was just ok/average.
Summary: I would rate it 3.0 out of 5.0, at best. Nice location but the place is dated and needs work to bring it back to modern times. $215 per night, tax included, was not up to my expectations. We only stayed here b/c it was close to the wedding venue. I would not return.

Want to start off by saying everyone that works there is so incredibly nice. The property is ok. The pool had a lot of patch work, game room had super old games with some things not really working( air hockey barely worked) the hot breakfast was actually good with kid friendly options. Just not sure it was worth the money.

Beds were made of sheet metal and made clanging noises at every movement. Hot water was intermittent at times. Continental breakfast was less than ideal. Staff was great but the quality of the facility lacked.

Good place to stay, overall pretty clean, staff were very accommodating. Pool was clean and well kept. The scenic views were AMAZING.
At the time of this review, we could tell they are making repairs and updating the place but it was nice and we would stay here again.

This was a last minute trip. We booked it because it was available. For the price per night it isn’t worth it. Very outdated, mattress not comfortable at all. Bed frame was larger than the mattress. Bedding was very outdated. Looked clean but tub had water stains (so I think that’s what it was).

Pool, hot tub was nice, room was clean.
But, a dog almost attacked my Granddaughters, there was drinking, loud, confrontational people.
The eggs were very salty, orange juice was mostly water.

This hotel is a solid choice if you’re just looking for an inexpensive overnight accommodation. We stayed here for a couple days on a trip to the white Mountains. The room was very clean, they have a very nice breakfast buffet included with their stay, and the staff is very friendly. On the downside, it’s very dated, and the facilities are poorly maintained. The pool liner is falling off and wiggles when you touch it. The grass around the playground hasn’t been mowed in months. The parking lot has grass growing through the cracks, and part of the building in the back of the hotel is boarded up.
If you were going for luxury, this is definitely not your place, but it’s still a solid choice to stay for an overnight if you’re looking for a clean affordable spot.

We always stay here for our Santa’s village trip hotel always clean beds aren’t the best but staff is always super nice and friendly and very welcoming breakfast is always a hit with the kids pool good a little warm in room but it’s a inside pool so expect

When we arrived after a hot day of walking around an amusement park with a 4 year old our room was very hot, the chair in the corner had a broken leg and was unusable. The beds are very firm with over stuffed pillows.
The reviews raved of the views. Those are in the back of the building. Which seemed to be uninhabited. There was actually not many people
Staying here at this time.
The children’s play area is in the middle of a hot field.
The hot tub is nice, the pool could use some TLC but was refreshing after dealing with the hot room.
Breakfast the next morning was wonderful before heading home until some nasty other guests decided they didn’t have to follow the rules of “no pets” and allowed their large dog to come strolling into the dining area. The staff quickly had a discussion with the guest who then created a scene for everyone to see.

This is your basic economy (2-3star) hotel with no restaurant/bar. But because it’s summer, and there are very limited choices around the area, they charge the same as a 4star hotel that has many amenities. The indoor pool’s liner is pulling away; the carpets need to be replaced; the outdoor playground is outdated; the elevator has an odor; the free Bfast can not be compared to Choice hotels Bfast. We have stayed here in the past, but we will not be back after this last visit with our grandkids.

I feel like they have refreshed the property since our last stay a year ago. It could use a little more spiffing up but overall a great value and you can’t beat the view of the mountains.

The lobby and public areas were very hot and not air conditioned that I could tell. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub. The game room was expensive and disappointing. It was not really suitable for my 3 year old. The breakfast was pretty good but the best part of our stay was the location. Very close to Sant’s Village which was our destination. We would stay again.

We like staying here because it is an affordable choice for our family when visiting Santa's Village. It is clean and quiet and breakfast is served to make mornings with 2 kids a lot easier.

So sorry to see that the restaurant isnt open full-time like it was 20 years ago. The place is dated, but I found it clean .Front desk staff Was very nice, but I didn’t love the smell of the building. The chairs in the lobby had visible signs of grime and should be replaced immediately, but that’s the only wear that I saw that was super apparent.
Glad to see that breakfast is included. It was a good deal. Love to make those waffles!
