We love the nice big rooms, and that it’s in Bricktown. You can walk all around.

This is a great property for walking around Bricktown on the river.
The bathroom cabinet was missing a door and had paint marks. The kitchenette was ill-equipped if we had intentions to stay longer than a night. 1 cup, 1 glass, few plates...should at least have two each.
Expect a hefty $23 charge for parking too.

Both night , heard cars racing about 9:45 pm to 12:00 midnight. Very distracting to us. This was on Reno.

Overall room looked tired with worn out furniture. Dried puke in the bath tub prevented us from showering in the morning. The manager addressed our concerns by saying “sorry” and “giving us a housekeeping credit towards our next visit”. What?!!!

Family friendly, had a warm safe vibe. Our family of 7 fit comfortably in a 2 room suite. Would highly recommend to those traveling with children or a group.

Our room was a great accommodation for a family of five and a long stay. The staff at this hotel was very friendly. The only downside is the noise at night from the parking lot next door during the weekend. We had a great stay.

We liked the river walk and Chickasaw monument and statues. Beds were comfortable.
We did not like the worn room furniture and carpet that needed cleaning. Cupboards appeared old. Microwave turn style did not fit. The one night $100 pet fee was outrageous.

The check in staff was less than pleasant, stating to me prior to even reviewing what my reservation was she was checking me in for two queens, when I booked a king room. She indicated they were over sold on king beds but when I indicated that I would then call Expedia and cancel this reservation and find a hotel which did have a king she magically found a king room. As a Marriott member her tone and treatment was not what guests expect. This day and age you have the opportunity to book and pay for the sort of room you want and the computers should be able to determine availability for the sale of said rooms.

most unexpected comfort level.. separate bedroom, a balcony.. only down side a parking charge of $23... really?

We loved that the prorety was easy to get to after a day spent in the Brick Town DT/area. We had 3 kids and the little "store" area was VERY low on food to purchase and not close convenionce store after getting in late from fireworks sho. Some of the kids were able to enjoy the firesowrks through the window because one room was ont he norht side facing the ballpark. The girl at the desk seemed a little anoyed as we checked in. Did not feel comfortable asker her questions. Other than that, our stay was great!

Room was surface level clean, but there was trash left on the floor (empty candy bag) and the bathroom, floors, and furniture need deep cleaned. The pillows were thin, bed was ok, location is convenient to the ballpark but on top of the nightly rate we had to pay $25 to park at the hotel!! I think that's ridiculous. The elevators smelled like pot, we didn't feel comfortable eating the breakfast offered so ate after we checked out. Probably won't book here again, there are too many other hotels in Bricktown that far exceed this one for around the same nightly rate.
