A very nice hotell! We loved our stay here and wished we had another night. We really did appraciate the breakfast buffé. The only thing we didnt like was the way the staff only adressed to my partner instead of both of us. As a woman this felt a wrong.

Fantastic location right on a beautiful beach were you can snorkel. Room was very comfortable (sea view bungalow) with a good sized bathroom and loads of storage space.
The pool was a really good size with sunbeds around it. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and attentive the whole time we were there. The food was also top notch with a good mix of traditional and western dishes. Only slight negative was the flaky WiFi.
We were very pleased with our choice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would happily have stayed longer.

Missing maintenance. Booking management to be improved: not available the booked room at our arrival for 3 times no table fir the dinner even if booked at lunch and asked for confirmation 2 hours before!!!

Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in our room was so loud we did not get a very good sleep at all. The staff and food was very good and the outside area was beautiful.

This little resort was awesome! The staff were all amazing, best hospitality service we received on our whole 3 week trip. The staff called us by name and made us really feel at home. Only complaint was the smell walking from the villas to the main reception area smalls like sewage and they burn garbage all over the island so the smells were getting to me a bit

Fantastic island and beach. Shame it was rather shabby and alot of litter. Hotel good. Breakfast very limited I think because it was quiet but food later was good . Staff were friendly and helpful. Did a snorkel trip but think we paid double what we could have if we’d shopped round

Stay at Seri resort on Gili Meno for 9 days.
The hotel appears worn and the bathroom smelled sour when we bathed.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
However, we had a rather unfortunate experience when we had checked out & paid our bills, we were sitting in the lounge and had just ordered drinks when the manager comes and asks us to move as this is the lounge and only for checked in guests.
We immediately chose to leave the hotel on top of this somewhat significant announcement from the manager, who we found to be extremely arrogant and rude.
The other staff deeply regretted.
Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience on an otherwise good stay.
The place often has live music with a barbecue. We tried it once. The side dishes were cold, the prawns and fish for some were grilled too much without taste, and the fish for others was half raw.
There is no ladder/stairs down into the pool water, so several elderly people had problems getting in/out of the pool. We also did not experience during our stay that the pool was cleaned.
During our extended stay, the bed linen was not changed at all.
In relation to the fact that the hotel is a 2-star hotel, both drinks and food are on the expensive side.

Tried to book a massage by ph, told i had to go to reception, then given incorrect info at time of massage and the massage was cut short by 10mins. The breakfast was terrible and always cold, but the fruit selection was ok. Other than reception staff the others were lovely. Overall, the stay was weird, the resort disorganised with noticable cost cutting. One positive is they gave us a free boat transfer when we left, however still never took responsibility for the arrival transfer mess up. We spent 1 month in Bali in various locations with no issues except here. Such a shame as such a beautiful location and so much potential. I hope they lift their game.

Snorkelled from beach. Nice pool. Close to other restaurants. Good breakfast. Good helpful staff. Bicycle rental was higher than other islands. Best hotel and location on our whole trip.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were tentative to our needs and the beach bungalow which we stayed in was excellent! We ate our meals regularly in the hotel and the food was lovely, as well as the cocktails! The hotel is situated right in front of the most amazing coral reef filled with an abundance of sea life including turtles. The hotel kindly arranged a private boat to take us to the neighbouring islands and back. Snorkelling equipment and towels were always available and the swimming pool was very clean. All in all I wish I could’ve stayed much longer!

Let me start by saying I searched a LOT of hotels on Gili Meno before deciding to go with Seri. On the surface, this hotel appears nice at first. Then as soon as you look a little closer, you notice a lot of things that need attention. The white curtains in the room were ripped and stained. The white sheets in the room were also stained. Because the curtains are white, they let in a lot of light causing us to be woken each morning very early during our stay. We were only there for two days and in that time, the shower suddenly turned off twice in the middle of the shower. We had to call the reception and they came to fix it but it took some time and it was quite aggravating. The WiFi was very spotty and there are different networks for different areas in the hotel causing some inconvenience for signing in over and over. The beach is all crushed coral and very painful to walk on so water shoes are a must. The sliding door to the bathroom area was off the track and did not close easily. The staff was nice enough but did not do anything above or beyond (we had just come from a hotel in Ubud that could not have been nicer or more accommodating). They did not ask us how our stay was upon checkout nor did they apologize for any of the issues we had. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here and I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are just right for two persons, triple occupancy is trying to squeeze in an extra person. Extra mattress provided on the floor. The entire property is sparkling clean. A nice swimming pool in front of the sea for those who want an extra dip in the water.
Good food and drinks. The breakfast is more like a brunch where one can order from a fixed menu. Quality of food is excellent.
Many small eating places along the beach for those who want to experiment different eating places. The hotel itself is around 5-7 mins walk from the so called activity center of the island where most of the shops are.
