No hand soap in the bathroom, toilets don't flush, one pillow for two people, noisy and dirty. Claims to have laundry service, it does not. Horrible place to stay. We ended up finding another accomodation for our second night. Avoid this place

I was given a no-smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke. The smell was overwhelming, so I had to request a change in the middle of the night. The clerk initially refused to help me, arguing that Expedia had not even paid them for my room yet (btw, none of my business). It took some arm-wrestling to get my request met, but he eventually accommodated me. Once I was placed in an air clean room, the experience was much better.

This property is in the center of Cadiz. Room is small but good for short stay if you like to be close to the vibe of the city. The downside of this that hard to get a sleep as restaurants opens at 8pm and 4am by the time everything starts to calm down.

The hotel was close to a large plaza with many shops and restaurants. We were a few blocks from historical sites, shopping lanes and beaches. The concierge was amiable and helpful. The room had a balcony overlooking a lane that came alive with happy people at night.

To be clear, I'm not saying this is a 5 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel. But within that class of hotels it was top notch. Clean, very friendly staff, great location. Easy walk to train and bus station. Balcony for people watching on the street below or the apartments across the way. Study the pictures to know if it is right for you. They are accurate. Bed, night stands, desk, TV and A/C thats it. No fridge, kettle, microwave, iron. I wouldn't consider booking a hotel in this price range in the USA for fear not only of what I'd find in the hotel but also what I'd find in the neighborhood. No fears here. If you need bargain accommodations look no further.

excellent location; very safe neighborhood (by Plaza del Ayuntamiento); lots of place to eat around the property. It should not be classified as a hostel, it is like a small hotel (no frills) in right in middle of the historic district.

Low price, good location and friendly staff.
But even for this price you can expect normal sleeping blankets and a bathroom big enough (you couldn't sit properly on the toilet because the shower was directly next to it).
There were cables coming out of the wall directly over the bed.

Reception staff were unhelpful. A curtain pole came down in me. The heating controls were sealed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this hostel was great! It’s location to the bus and train station is perfect - less than a 10 min walk. The room was basic but very clean and bright and the shower was fantastic! The front desk clerk was super sweet and let me leave my bag until my room was ready. There is also is an elevator, which was a welcome feature! The hostel is also right around the corner from a lovely square with a lot of restaurants and cafes. A great location!
