This property was so old, the toilet seat did not match the toilet bowl, it was uneven, I felt like I was going to fall off the toilet every time I use it. The shower was horrible! The shower head was rusted and the tiles were rotten, smell mold throughout our stay! The towels that were given to us were so dry and hard and raggedy and ripped, my foot towels at home was better than the ones they gave us to use! The toilet paper was like they dried it out after it was wet and gave to us to use. Oh and in our second night, the lights in the whole building went out for like 30-40 minutes while I was in the shower and no one checked on us to see how we were doing or didn’t even tell us why the power went out! This hotel was run by one person, he was the receptionist, the bell boy, the waiter, you name it he does it all by himself. The only best thing about this hotel is the location. It was centralized and where we wanted to be. I wanted to check out the minute I saw the room he put us in but I stayed it out because it was centralized and we would go to the room just to sleep anyways but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice clean bathroom, decent smell in their room because our room smell like mold and damp the whole stay!

The A/C does not work very well. The staff came into the room while we were gone and turned the A/C off so we returned to a hot room that took about 3 hours to cool back down. Use their van to get to the train station and the driver tried to stop outside the gate and make us carry our bags a couple of blocks up hill and up the steps when he could of drove to the drop off area in front of the train station. Just a feeling of being overly cheap and not much on customer service

Interior & rooms are of olden design. Rooms are clean.
Service are satisfied. Sitting at the corridor drinking and chitchatting is good. Outside is the night market and walking distance to the riverside restaurants too👍. Very convenient

Old line Asian hotel with beautiful exotic wood floors in our room. WiFi was a weak point, as it was very frustratingly inconsistent. Perfect location by the night market. Friendly, helpful manager.

This place is excellent, clean, nice rooms, location is perfect in the heart of everything and walking street is 30 meters away and all the shops and centre is only minutes away. The host is perfect and he went well beyond the call of duty. The host is the best host I’ve ever encountered so friendly obliging. Perfect and great hotel. Highly recommended

The location was perfectly within walking distance to everything. Couldn’t really understand the day front dest staff even speaking to him is Lao or English. Night time staff was more helpful with our needs. The drainage in the shower was a bit slow. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. We didn’t try breakfast there. Woke up at 5:30am to give alms offering for the monks and grab breakfast at the Morning market instead.

I'm not sure you can find a more conveniently located hotel in Luang Prabang than this one. It's right in the heart of the city next to everything it seems. You can walk anywhere from here. The staff is welcoming and helpful when you have any questions. The hotel is built in a more traditional style with lots of old hardwoods but has modern updates. Some of the world's best fruit smoothies are just around the corner from the hotel each night as well.
I never could get the wifi or TV to work during my stay, but those weren't significant issues for me. The toilet in my room also ran continuously; the staff tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out at the time.
Overall though, I recommend this hotel for couples, groups of friends, and solo travelers. I'll be looking to stay here again next time I'm in Luang Prabang.

When we first arrived we were so happy! The staff was fantastic, breakfast the next morning was great, but soon things got worse. Our air conditioner was dripping so badly that we had to put a towel on the floor since our stuff got soaked the over night. We used the laundry service and some of our clothes came back worse than they were before the wash. However, breakfast was great and included smoothies! We loved the place and the staff. Our king bed was really two twins pushed together. You couldn’t get a better location though. Great spot, pretty property, we just ran into a few hiccups

Best location and reasonable price. Room was clean and spacious, a little bit dark, bathroom quite big and modern with hot shower as when we arrived it was about 9 degree, Variety choice of big Breakfast ,tea and coffee in room and also free at lobby.Good Wifi signal. Early morning everyday monks walked pass our hotel we have opportunity to make merit as the local did. Staff were friendly and speak good English. Only one complaint from us as on the day we arrived The hotel was over booked so there was 1 room available for 4 of us but we have paid for 2 rooms. One of staff tried to put 2 of us in the hostel next door and the room was damp and smelly, we ended up stayed together 4 in one room for 1 night then next night we have 2 rooms for 4. One bathroom had bad smell from sewage pipe.
