1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm.

Reception was friendly but we were ignored at the restaurant. It looks like a refurbished old storage facility and it lacks atmosphere. Place is very child friendly and zingst is beautiful. It's 20 min walk from the main square

We enjoyed our stay because of tasty breakfast, modern and very clean rooms and the big wellness area.
The only negative aspect was that the bar was ckosed all the time.

The hotel was an excellent choice with two shortcomings:
1) The room, at least in our branch of the building, has basically no bathroom walls. The shower is a fish tank in the middle of the room, with perfectly transparent glass, while the toilet is closed off by a thin smoked glass, which is not even sealed to the wall when closed. If you are the kind of person who prefers to be alone in the bathroom under specific circumstances, I promise this is NOT for you...
2) The hotel has no WiFi at all, not even for the usual laughably-high price. There's a T-mobile hotspot in the lobby, but that requires a registered account and you might not wanna bother. You won't have it in your room anyway.
Everything else is actually pretty cool: if you can deal with the two points above, I strongly recommend you stay here.
The breakfast buffet is great (cold cheese and cured meats, but you also get warm eggs, omelettes and the likes on request). The sauna is very large and not crowded. You have four saunas of different kinds and temperatures, indoor pool and jacuzzi in the same area. Also plenty of sport facilities: mini-golf, pool, air-hokey, table tennis... you name it. All included in the room price, except 8€/day for parking.
