Hotel was sub par. Rooms were small not furnished properly. No night tables not other common amenities. Front desk was rarely staffed. Hard to get supplies for the room. In sum I would not recommend this hotel for the price

When I booked the days there, I was not aware that Monday and Tuesday the restaurants were closed. Also, all of the restaurants in the area were closed on Monday and Tuesday as well. I had to drive 16 miles to get dinner at 16 miles back to my hotel. I was disappointed with that.

No one told us the restaurants were closed. Couldnt even get a beverage. Also room smelled funky/musty/chemicals. THe grounds and staff were nice tho.

Beautiful property. Our room was a bit cramped for 3 people. A double and a twin but enjoyed the many areas availble to relax outside. A mini fridge would have been nice too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hope to return there one day

Great vibe, quiet but happy. Families great. Easy spot to explore from, and lovely to be on the water. Staff warm and welcoming.

The common areas were very nice and the staff was lovely, but the rooms need work. The a/c was very loud, there was a musty smell, no shelves in the bathroom, the door had large gaps, fixtures were very old and cheap, etc. This place has clearly been given a makeover, but it's skin deep.

We love the Wylder. This was our 4th trip. Not a 5 or 4 star experience, but the setting and the dog friendliness make it worth the smaller hotel rooms with bathrooms in a severe need of an upgrade. Keith, bartender at Tickler's, the onsite restaurant and crab deck, is awesome. Everyone super friendly. Tilghman feels like the North Fork of Long Island from 25 years ago. Will be back. Don't miss the Tilghman Country Store or Two If By Sea for breakfast.
