The moment you enter the hotel you can feel the different from other hotel in the city. The decorations is nice, staffs were very friendly and breakfast was very good but it is not bright enough (light staying in a cave). There was a communication breakdown between the hotel and Hotel.com because I had to pay 74 Tunisian diner for breakfast (hotel.com please check n reply to me). I had chosen with breakfast when I picked the hotel. I managed to see the “with breakfast” on manage your booking after I had left the hotel.

A very enjoyable stay. The suite was one of the best rooms we have experienced anywhere. It was large comfortable and very clean and well maintained during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good easy walk to the centre and the cathedral and close to the Medina and all it's history.

While visiting France for the Olympics, we had a couple of days without games, so we decided to take a short flight from Marseille to Tunis for a night. We stayed at the Dar el Jeld Hôtel & Spa, and I can confidently say it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever experienced. We booked a suite, which was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely accommodating and hospitable. If you’re planning a trip to Tunis, I highly recommend staying here.
