Central hotel, a minute from Little Venice. The staff at the reception are very friendly and kind. Spacious room, comfortable bed. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is wonderful. The breakfast is good (although on Sunday there was a bit of a lack of control by the staff during rush hour). Reasonable price, a little expensive, but definitely worth the money

Fantastic place, I requested a room with no carpet and we got a fabulous room. Wonderful and professional serve, awesome breakfast, parking availability, three steps (almost) from Little Venice. We wanted to extend our stay for another day but it was fully booked. We will come back though.

Fantastic service - employees were incredibly helpful and prompt to answer any questions / provide items for the stay (ie requested body lotion for the room, was delivered 5 minutes later!). Room was cozy and comfortable - great location as well (less than 15 minute walk to train station)

The location was beautiful and everything was nearby. We did have a lovely time in this hotel and everything was very clean.
The only thing wat we did not like was the bed we found the bed very hard but that is for everybody different of course.
The staff was very friendly.

What an absolutely charming little hotel in the perfect location - just slightly away from the crowds. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was just perfectly charming and, to our Canadian eyes, so representative of Alsace. If you come by car, do reserve a parking space with the hotel - there are just a few. We were very warmly greeted at checkin and walked across the street to the building where our room was located. A spacious and clean room with a separate toilet room from the shower. The bed was a bit too firm but that’s a personal preference. I’d like to suggest a few updates such as the pillows and towels are worn. The shower pressure was great, but the drain was slow and water pooled very quickly - had to turn off the water mid shower so it didn’t flow into the room. Other than that it was a lovely place to spend a couple days.

MY choice in Colmar. Not cheap, but worth the price.In the middle of "the life". If you have problems with staires I suggest to contact the hotel when booking. Limited own parking space.

The room was strange. We could not open the curtains because right next to us was as the Terrasse. The bathroom was big, but not well designed. And starting at 8:00am we could hear music from the hallway/breakfast area and the staff’s closet was directly across the hall from the room.

We had an amazing stay. Location of the hotel is super, restaurants on your door step, walkable everywhere in old town. The hotel itself is clean and stylishly decorated. Beds are comfortable. Choice of pillows. Most importantly- staff are amazing - most helpful and polite hotel staff we came across during our travels.
