My stay was perfection from the moment I walked through the front door. I was greeted by the most pleasant lady at reception. Check in was a breeze and I was given information about the restaurant, layout, and additional items. I am so thankful I chose to stay here!

Overall nice hotel, but it’s definitely not 4 stars. They tried to make an old “holiday Inn” into this 4 star boutique. Their entrance with the fun murals and colors gives it a good cover. The rooms are clean and roomy, but be prepared for a 2.5 star hotel room. Very small bathrooms and small tub shower with very little water pressure. Basically everything you’d expect from a 2 star hotel, but this was supposed to be 4 stars.

Was really excited to check this place out. The room was underwhelming. The fridge seemed out of place and wasted space. The bathtub was not clean! Wanted to try the bar but was afraid that wouldn’t be great. Wish I would’ve spent my money elsewhere.

They don’t have any help. Bar closes at 8. No restaurant on weekends.

We have been staying here the last 2 years for Ky football games and the customer service has always been impeccable. This past weekend I received a text from the about an hour after checking out that I had left a Yeti & phone charger in the room and they would be happy to hold until the next trip or mail to me. They could have easily just put it in lost & found or just taken it but they went out of their way for us. Highly recommend.

We were met by Martha, the GM, when we arrived and were checked on for all of our four night stay. She is the most attentive hotel manager I have ever encountered! Superb!!

We drove a long way to adopt a doggy from Lexington's Woodstock Animal rescue nearby. We wanted to rest & get to know Bam Bam (Google "Bam Bam is a winner" to see him & read his triumphant story).
Our spacious "Garden Room" was large, clean and attractive.
The property appears to be a well-renuvated, stylish older construction and its outdoor areas gave me almost a Key West outdoor entertaining vibe.
Nice place; highly recommend 👌

I loved the restaurant. The food is outstanding. Bar area is a great atmosphere and they even had live music! Staff was wonderful. They delivered a coffee pot to room practically before I even got up there. The room itself is really nothing special at all though. Didn’t care for room. It needed some work and better decor.

This was such a surprising find in Downtown Lexington! The front of the building is a restaurant where you check in at and the back half is the actual hotel rooms( located through a locked keypad weighted door ). The room was nicely decorated, clean, full amenities and spacious.

Where to start-you have to drag your luggage through the only entry door only to find out you have to walk through the dining/bar area to a check in desk that looks more attached to the restaurant rather than the hotel. It looks like they remodeled with attention to the bar and restaurant area then realized they forgot they about hotel check ins. We travel with animals and they advertise as pet friendly, they are not.
The night clerk is most unfriendly. We checked in late around 08:00 Pm then left to dine somewhere. Not much around that area for that. We were gone about an hour and a half. When we got back a member of the staff said they had complaints about our dogs barking. Apparently instead of calling us they went and knocked on the door. Well if you want to hear barking then knock on a door with dogs on the other side and their humans not present. We were then told our animals could not be in the hotel unless we were with them. Our dogs bark for a minute when we leave then are quiet unless something gets them going (like knocking on the door). I never figure out why they ran the only entry right through the middle of the restaurant/bar. So if you have to take the animals outside you have to walk them through people having a dining experience. Confusing. I paid for 2 nights but moved to the Hyatt Place rather than spend the 2nd night there even with no refund. Never have had a problem at the Hyatt through dozens of stays with my animals.

Auto was fantastic at the bar making our Old Fashioneds! And the General Manager took care of getting my balloons safely to the room before we arrived to surprise my hubby on his Birthday. 3rd year in a row for us staying here and we'll be back!

Nice lobby. Hotel rooms are clean but layed out inefficiently. Huge living room area with TV that other hotels would furnish with a couch but they put a round dinner table with two plastic chairs. Having that would make more sense if the room had a kitchenette, but it did not. The sleeping area and bed was standard like like any other hotel. Bed had 3 pillows, but 4 would make sense for both my wife and I to prop up. There was no place/or portable luggage rack. to place our luggage to unpack clothes. Lastly, the bathroom was the size of a half bathroom but somehow fit had a shower in it. There was no shelf space for toiletries and the toilet was six inches from the shower door. Had to use the table to put side to hold luggage and toiletries. Just an inconvenient and and uncomfortable experience overall.
