Breakfast for 9€ continental. Was good price /quality. Parking was available 7€/night. Correct price, is an underground parking with garage door.
The room was very dirty, carpet full with stains, the curtains very smelly and dirty (with wholes in it). The shower door, in the corner no cleaned at all and you see the stains... No fresh towels or no new toilet paper (you have to ask at the reception). The staff was not friendly... looking at you when you take your breakfast when we were there for the first day... Only the man at the reception was very friendly. A really NO GO... It is cheap, but please a room that is tidy and clean is basic!!!

Good budget option with a supermarket nearby. The hotel has paid parking but you will have to park on the street if arriving when the reception is open.

The premises said it had air-conditioning, but it did not, I had to have the window open all the time, the temperature inside the room was between 29c at night to 31C during the day. It was also very noisy during my stay due to road works outside, so it would have been good to be able to close the window. The area is well served with shops, but it is not in the best of locations, it felt like i was in the rough area of town, the pavements had dog faeces and urine over them and you had to step over them, not a particularly well kept part of town.

Not easy to find using satnav as their are too many one way streets but it is well placed . The reception was quick and friendly and the room was good and quiet. No `mugs` for tea drinkers, just very small
cups for coffee. The bathroom could do with an upgrade but the bed was good.

I had a lovely stay here. I was able to check in straight off the night ferry and check out several hours late to catch the afternoon ferry. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. It was, however, hard to find on the day I arrived so here are the directions: To reach the hotel by bus, turn left out of ferry building and get on a No 2 at St Francois or Perry - anyone will be able to direct you; don't take the bus to 'Gare' or, if you miss it, as I did, don't walk through the trees heading for 'Gare' Buy a ticket on the bus for 1.5 euros -or a whole day one for 3.7 - get off at 'Statoire', walk a bit further in the same direction and Rue Fenelon is on the right.

We arrived after the office was closed. We tried calling each phone number listed in the lobby but they were all in French. There was another person who walked in just after us who did understand French. With his help, we were able to get our keys.

Good value for money. Room was adequate. Wi-fi was fine. It's not as close to the train station as I believed from the description (2 minutes !) It was 20 minutes walk. The area is a bit rum (no decent restaurants / cafe's) ; it's necessary to go to centreville or "The Docks" - each 20 minutes walk.
