It was a nice experience, no complaints. Check in was very crowded but front office was very nice. Food options were a bit limited but decent. Local restaurants more than made up for it. The rooms were a bit dated but no issues. Air conditioning dripped on my head at night which was annoying.

We stayed 3 nights. We upgraded our room to the 1 bedroom suite lagoon view. The room is large with kitchen and balcony facing the sea. The view is beautiful. The breakfast buffet has all varieties of food.
The swimming pool is very nice and good for snorkeling and water activities. We enjoyed our time there. And the tropical garden is also beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Te Moana Tahiti Resort. The breakfast was a wonderful treat and enjoyed the infinity pool and beach bar! There is a store where you can buy souvenirs as well. The mention of roosters in the other reviews is true; however, I think we got used to it by the second morning. Very friendly staff.

This was a great hotel to end our trip. They were very accommodating for our late flight: we had full access to the pool area and a shower/day room free of charge. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Anthony at the bar was the man with his craft cocktail creations. Tim at the pool set us up with awesome extrusions and answered all our questions. Gigi (Gg??) the dive master for an incredible diving experience. Also, all the people we didn’t get their names for keeping the hotel running and super clean- thank you! We tried to stay another night but they were full. We highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

The hotel met all my expectations and more. They helped me get a private transport from the ferry to hotel. The day I left. They let me spend most of the day in the hotel where I could hang at pool, eat and rest. Then they provided me a room to shower before my taxi picked me up to go to airport for my 11:55pm flight. They receive a 5+ rating. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

We were there for one night, as we had been on sail boat charter x 10 days. Convienent to airport and very nice view, enjoyable happy hour overlooking the water. Dinner was great.
We had a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom ... one bathroom had tub only.
I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a room and the *Adventure Pass for two* (18,900 XPF TTC, ~$185 USD), which included access to the pool and motus, two cocktails, two hours of kayak or paddleboard rental, and one hour of jet skiing.
We checked in around 11 am, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately heavy rain started shortly after, limiting our ability to enjoy the activities. We of course understand the weather is out of the hotel’s control.
When the rain persisted we asked to switch to the *Pool Day Pass* (7,900 XPF TTC per person), which included lunch, but without the jetskies the front desk said it was not possible and didn’t provide any further explanation. We felt this was unreasonable considering the package we paid for was more expensive than the alternative and we were not asking for a refund.
We were asked several times during the heavy downpour if you would like to go jet skiing but we felt it was unsafe and undesirable given the heavy rain and lack of visibility. We asked if we could go later on if the weather cleared and were not provided a cut off time. When the rain cleared at 3:45 PM, we asked to use the jet skis at 4 PM, but were told it was too late, despite the booth being open until 6 PM.
While the staff was friendly, the lack of flexibility and communication was frustrating. We ended up paying roughly $185 USD for two cocktails and would not recommend this pass due to poor customer service.
The room was lovely and the bed comfortable.

Highly recommend. The people here except for a few of the women in the restaurant were very nice. The poor guy at the pool bar was completely overwhelmed with orders and knocked himself out to accommodate those in a timely manner and was so nice. I absolutely love the layout of the pool and the lagoon and lots of seating. It was wonderful. The room smelled a tiny bit musty, but I assume it’s because it’s on the ocean, a tiny bit of Febreze on the curtains help that. The only real unpleasantness were a couple of the women in the restaurant and the one at the desk in the breakfast area, not nice. Overall, I love the property and would stay there again, except I wouldn’t pay for the ocean view that we had because it was really just looking at the back of the restaurant!!!

It was ok. Felt expensive for the dated condition the property was in. Our room was a lovely 2nd floor ocean view with balcony but the smell of mold/mildew was overwhelming. It was absolutely necessary to have the balcony doors open at all times while in the room- which I was thankful we could do- even at night. Food & beverages were overpriced & beds were hard. Most staff (except for our check out) seemed overwhelmed or indifferent. The pool area and vegetation on the property are beautiful- but otherwise wouldn’t recommend. Hate to be so negative, but we had a much better experience for the money on Moorea.

We arrived from Hawaii too late to catch a ferry so stayed 1 night. We wish we would have stayed 2 though as the property and pools are amazing. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. Wonderful hotel

Really liked friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. They are the great asset to the resort. The room was spacious and comfortable for one night stay. Would like to stay longer next time when in Papeete. Would be nice if they could control mosquitoes around the resort better.

The poor staff at reception did not know much but was friendly. The 3 bedroom apartment was great and had an Amazing view, It had a washer and dryer in kitchen. Beds very comfy. Breakfast is "ok" but staff are amazing. The property in general is a little outdated but can still have a great time. Great for families or group of friends. Will go back again.

Beautiful property but needs a little TLC.
Paint is chipping away, people reserve seats in the am and don’t use them until the end of the day. Bed was Really uncomfortable. Very limited menu . 1 restaurant only. I liked that they had room service but no mini bar to buy things from like snacks and soda. That would have been a plus.
However, the staff was great the pool was AMAZING.
It feels like a boutique hotel since it’s small.
Prices are expensive but it’s our first time in Tahiti - so maybe visitors know that!!??
We did have a lovely time.
