Love the style of this hotel. Clean and stylish. All the details just made it more cozy. Staff was so personable. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous as was their signature Okd Fashioned.

Our stay was only one night, but perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel that night and our room was clean and comfortable.

First time won't be the last. We were here at the recommendation of friends, and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very quiet. We needed a later checkout time and it was not a problem at all. Interesting art was a plus!

Beautiful interior, comfortable room, like many places staffing was limited. Nice welcome, felt bad for front desk team / no desk just a small kiosk without room for guests to sign docs, only a small table acrosd ftom kiosk. and terribly uncomfortable looking backless high stool for staff to sit on. They didn’t complain so Im complaining for them. Function does not have to be compromised for form. No one at valet, waited 25 min for my car - again, with no other customers waiting.

Nice boutique hotel with great service. Strange misses in my room - no clocks in rooms, no chair other than desk chair, no desk light, no coffee maker. Otherwise very comfy, beautifully renovated 19th century building, and great Louisville hospitality. Great coffee.

Shout out to Marcola!! She is the bright and shiny face of the Grady Hotel. The front staff was warm and welcoming eager to make our stay the best. The hotel is very stylish and upscale while still maintaining comfort. The location is the perfect walkable distance to the main attractions of downtown Louisville.
The hotel was full the weekend we were there but never felt crowded in the least.
Had a minor issue with the cleaning staff that was quickly taken care of.
Overall, glad we chose this hotel and highly recommend it to others.

It took 2 phones and over 20 mins to get a valet. And still no one came out.
I finally left my truck and grabbed my own luggage. In the pouring rain..
In front the f the door there was a disgusting dirty feminine product in front of the door.
Then the next morning at 6:30am I came down stairs to get a cup of coffee and there is a woman sleeping in the sofa. Laying down sleeping.
She woke up when I waited to speak to the staff wondering if there was valet this day.
Staff sleeping in the job is careless and messy.
Shame on this hotel it lacks in so much ex specially in customer service.

We loved the vibe of the hotel itself. However parking was pricey, and a tip + tax on the tip was asked for each time the car was dropped off and retrieved. A bit noisy from road noise (a manhole cover was right outside our window and that caused a lot of noise with cars driving over it). Toiletries are on the wall and 2 of the 3 pumps barely worked. So pretty good, but not without its issues.

The hotel was beautiful and spotless. Our room was immaculate and luxurious. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Bed was very comfortable, A/C worked great, and sheets and towels were very nice. Our room was in the basement, so we could hear quite a bit of noise in the mornings, and we basically had to have the blinds closed whenever we were in the room, because our window was exactly at sidewalk level. Room needed a few little things fixed, bathroom door, didn’t close and shower leaked a lot of water.
Very cute bakery next-door with great cinnamon buns. Honestly, the coffee that was free in the hotel each morning was the best coffee I had in Kentucky.

Great stay! Nice bar downstairs and close to some good restaurants 😋

The hotel is beautiful, but the street noise in our city view room made it almost impossible to get to sleep at night. They also need to put coffee makers in the rooms.

Fabulous boutique hotel with amazing quirky decor and colours.
Little atmosphere in the hotel with the reception staff slouched over a stool staring into their phones and not even looking up to greet as you walked by.
Mark the waiter downstairs in the restaurant made our stay very welcome.
Overall the quiet atmosphere was a disappointment but loved the actual hotel (and Mark)

I had a nice stay here. The hotel is very pretty, bed was comfortable, and the location was good. Biggest drawback was the noise from other rooms - you can hear water moving through the pipes, people walking, etc. If you aren’t a light sleeper, you might not notice!

Place has a bit of funk: front desk staff is typically sitting in one of the lobby chairs when you arrive; no coffee maker in the room - but fresh coffee and real cream/half and half available in lobby by 6am.
Restaurant was excellent as is the decadent Wiltshire Pantry right next door.
If you have the ParkMobile app, street parking right out front is easy, just make sure you feed the meter before 7am.
Main Street in Louisville is a really neat place, this is my third time through in the past year.

Liked the location and the facilities. Didn’t care for the parking. Valet $40 per night plus tip every time I needed the vehicle, will not stay here again for that reason. The restaurant on property ‘Wild Swan” is severely overpriced and not very good food.

The Grady is a unique historical building that has been beautifully designed and decorated. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. All staff we encountered were helpful and kind. We will for sure be staying here on our future trips to Louisville.
