When we first checked in, I found the room and amenities didn’t meet my expectations, which left me feeling a bit dissatisfied. However, after speaking with Stipe, the manager, he went above and beyond to address every detail and concern I had that very day. Stipe’s commitment to exceptional service, combined with his genuine care for guest comfort, turned the experience around completely. Booked this hotel on a B&B deal as part of a two centre stay in Croatia - Split to Dubrovnik then back to Split. Hotel Lapad ticked all our boxes - all staff very attentive, especially reception staff. Room fine albeit with a bit of a trek from the ground floor. Location fine. Parking useful. No complaints.

Excellent hotel, with garden and harbour view from room. Pool still open late October. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff. Car Park with plenty of spaces. Within walking distance of bus stop for Old Town. Sunset Beach also walkable. Stones throw from start point of 3 Island Boat Trip.

An absolutely lovely hotel - beautiful building, spotlessly clean, with excellent amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, and it was good that the evening buffet was available to all guests too (also delicious, and good value). Location of the hotel was great. Lovely area, but it was also easier to walk to the Old Town than I had thought it would be. I would definitely come here again if staying in Dubrovnik. Thank you to all the staff there!

Very happy with our 3 night stay at Hoel Lapad. We had a small balcony and everything clean and comfortable. Location was good although a 10 minute walk to the bus stop when going to the old town. But dropped at hotel on the return trip!

Really spacious room (Superior) and large bathroom. Very quiet and super comfortable bed. Immaculate clean pool and towels provided. Great location for excellent restaurants and a 30 minute walk to the beach where you can find the beautiful Cave Bar More - well worth a visit for sunset. Slightly uphill walk to the old town, took 40 minutes but can get a bus from opposite the hotel for less than 4 euros (for 2)

Check in was a bit grumpy but after that all good! The view was amazing. We were on the 8th floor looking over the city.. The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best we have ever had. Should we get to come back in the future we will definitely stay with you!

Nice hotel with pool. Live music at night outside with tables. Restaurant options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very good. Walkable with bus and taxis close by. Right across the street from Gruz Harbor.

Our room is very spacious and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We needed to make a last minute airport transfer change and they gladly took care of it for us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dubrovnik and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay.

Very pleasant hotel stay. Nice modern room, view of the city harbour. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is highly recommended, good variety of high quality food for every palate. Convenient location to get to the nice beach, the harbour, short bus ride to the Old Town, good choice of restaurants around

A well run well located property with all the facilities you need and some nice small touches that show this hotel knows what its good at. Only gripe was the layout if the buliding which meant we had to take 3 separate lifts to get to our room.

For the price we can't fault the hotel. A shower room after checking out and earlier check-in could be improvements. There's some great restaurants nearby, a short walk to the Sunset Beach area and a bus service into the old town.
