It was a cheaper end hotel and not to far from airport. For one night is ok price and then move on. I like to have a cup of tea in my room on arrival, but only coffee available. Our room did not have any windows, but good aircon, no hot water, netflix and youtube not active, we used our own.

The staff were all kind, but I was dissatisfied with the following points:
The hotel's WiFi was advertised as being equivalent to 100Mbps on the website, yet in reality, it was barely 1Mbps.
There was no refrigerator.
There were a lot of ants.

The internet is very poor in this property. Our internet is much better now in Puerto Galera! The air conditioning unit is making a very loud sound. Toilet seat was broken. Had to move rooms due to the internet issue and that didn't solve the problem. Tried to order food and beer at night and the place was closed.

Location: The hotel seems to be situated in a residential area, next to the highway, and within walking distance to the metro. However, the area has heavy traffic, pollution, and some homeless individuals. The convenience stores, including the hotel, have high fences, making me feel a bit unsafe, although I understand the reasons for this precaution.
Room and Facilities: The room size is decent, equipped with a working desk and washing sink.
Bedding: The bed is alright, but the blanket is thin and had some hair stuck to it. There was no daily complimentary drinking water and toiletries due to the absence of daily housekeeping. On my first day, I found someone's pink underwear hanging in the bathroom.
Wifi: The wifi connection is sometimes poor, as it seems to cut off every hour when connecting with my laptop.
TV: The TV is a good size and a smart TV.
Bathroom: Towels look ok with basic provided amenities, but the water heater needs maintenance.
Hotel Restaurant: Limited options but acceptable.
Spa and Massage: No spa, only massage on request. They arranged a therapist to come to the room, but I was charged an additional P 200 for the therapist's transportation, which wasn't mentioned beforehand.
Staff and Security: The staff, including the security personnel from Cebu, are friendly and service-oriented.

Place is modern and feels relax. Even though receptionist is doing two hotels at once delaying service, she is very nice so I still have an excellent rating.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. everything is good except the cleaning. The floor is so disgusting( sticky), stain bed sheets and dirty floormat look like it was not change, shower was not clean. did not took any picture or as the front desk because we are so tired and sleepy as we check in almost 5am so we just spent 10hours and move to other hotel. Glad we only pay 1 night.
