Nice hotel with friendly staff. Not all staff speak and understand English well, but there are staff at reception, especially one lady, with very good English, who will help you with any question. The owner of the property is also often there and can be approached with any question too. It feels like the hotel is really interested in making sure you have a great stay - this is not often the case in Turkey. Staying in the hotel coincided with my birthday, and I received a half hour massage in the hotel spa center as a gift - it was great, I recommend using this service if you find yourself in this hotel. From the minuses - sometimes there is unstable internet connection, and in this case you need to ask at the reception to reboot the router.

Everything was exellent, especially the hotel stuff was very helpful! The hotel is right next to the beach, and there is also different kinds of restaurants nearby. I will definitly come back next year!

Very nice people especially the front desk!room was clean and we enjoyed the stay! If we were to go back to Alayna I would go back to the same hotel. The lady who works at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

Overall a good budget hotel. Nice and clean rooms. A staff that accommodated our needs. Only a few things were on the negative side; the breakfast was served on a platter for each guest/table and it was the same food every day. Kind of missing the possibility to choose our own breakfast. Some of the staff in the restaurant was also a bit on the slow pace side… The advertised wi-fi was a complete joke! The few times I was able to connect and get access I was thrown out after a few seconds. I think the longest period of surf time I had was 10 minutes. But besides these minor things we had a great stay at a very affordable price.

As soon as you enter the hotel, very valuable receptionists, whose names are Batuhan and Bergen, welcome you at the reception. This hotel, which has friendly, helpful, hospitable and friendly staff, has facilities such as a Turkish bath and spa. Rooms are very comfortable. The food is incredibly delicious. Alanya is under your feet due to its location. A family hotel where you can really feel at home. Thank you again for the service I received and I would like to come back as soon as possible.

Everything was good, hotel located next to the sea just few minutes walking. We arrived very late in the night and we didn’t go for breakfast. Because of pandemic restaurant was closed at the hotel and there wasn’t room service. In the end we had problem to find food. Also we asked for some amenities because we celebrated birthday but we didn’t get anything, hotel gave us free room upgrade with sea view.

Pros: 5* for customer service for hotel & breakfast staff who are friendly and helpful. Clean, our room’s spotless, new furniture, clean style. Free Street Parking, not sure how it works in peak season. Private beach with wi fi/ bar, good/ reasonably priced food and clean toilets. Beach is 3-4 min walk from the hotel. Cons: Location - it’s out from Alanya’s main centre, if you want to dine/ shop there are better spots around. Area with many all-inclusive hotels, not much more. Drive to Centre:10 min, walk 30 min. Wi-fi works on/off,is slow, keep disconnecting. Disappointing breakfast- not a buffet where you pick what you like. You get a plate of what is there + another serving of carbs, tea/ coffee in tiny paper cups. No fresh fruit, healthy options. Worst breakfast we had in Turkey. Is it because of covid or low season? Spa&sauna closed due to COVID-19. It’d be fair to update it on website especially that there’s “SPA” in the name. I’m confused as we stayed in many hotels in Turkey last 2 months and many had spa&saunas open...) No kettle in the room. No tea/ coffee easily available to guests. There’s tea/ coffee in breakfast area but you need to ask. Size of double bed in standard double room is small. The hotel must revise its advertising and be more accurate in its description: - no spa / sauna this season - breakfast is not a buffet breakfast - no high speed wi fi and some rooms have no wi fi as we’re told. - no tea / coffee facilities easily available
