They should change the matress and the hidden-bed.

Easy to find, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely look to stay here again when we need a night by the ocean.

Overall the stay was very nice and the staff was very welcoming. The only concern is that the stairwells to the efficiency apartments are very narrow and makes it difficult to carry all you need for the beach.

Noisy area

Second time with Pelham; great overall. I never saw any suspicious molds or water damage, and the floors were always clean on arrival.
Less of a complaint and more a thing of note: the stairs to the upper levels were narrow, making it a little hard for my older mother, and in our room, the floor wasn’t completely level. Solved by just talking her steps slowly.

Very nice - great view. Room was nice. But the air conditioner did not work very well, and the weather was very warm - needless to say, we did not sleep very well in our sweat. Otherwise, nice place.

Parked out front, gave a $10 deposit for parking and when we checked out we got it back. Easy, safe, and affordable!

Super clean, perfect view over balcony and boardwalk. This hotel is right in the middle of everything which is perfect. Parking is a little inconvenient as it is a block or two away from the hotel, but everything else makes up for it. As far as hotel breakfast there is not much at all. I definitely recommend going to McGuirks

Perfect location, staff were all very friendly, beds were comfy, great light from the windows, room was clean. The bathroom could use a little work. Slow draining sink and the very low toilet was a little wobbly. The room was NOT soundproof. The loud kids enjoying the pool sounded as if our windows were wide opened. Breakfast was ok although maybe some fresh fruit would be a nice healthy option to round out the donuts and muffins.

Very well situated. Owner was friendly and gave good suggestion for quick dinner.

Right on the beach strip, can walk to everything on the beach. Simple but clean rooms. Heated pool although we didn’t use. Parking is two blocks away but easy enough to get to and from after you’ve unloaded in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again for either a beach day or local event.

Old charm

+ Great location. Just in front of the beach. Great headed pool. Close to every restaurants. Nice patio.
- We were in the Old part of the motel. The room was cramped. The carpet was brown and dirty. There was a mold smell. There ceiling had leaking spots everywhere. The bathroom door was not closing. Our toilet was not flushing well. The shower curtain was ripped and the shower was old with mold issues…
The reviews are good and i don’t know why. Maybe there is a part of the motel that is renovated. Not the Old one.

Super cute room!

Location is close to an entrance to the beach. For families with young kids ther is a large free play area provided by the park. Breakfast is free at the hotel.

We stayed in the full apartment with private balcony, very comfortable and clean, this is the closest Inn to the Casino Ballroom where we saw a concert just a few doors down the street. Parking is very limited in this area, and the Pelham did not charge extra for it. Hampton Beach is an older area, but lots of fun and the Casino Ballroom is full of history. Led Zeppelin played there in 1969, Louis Armstrong in 1941, Duke Ellington in 1936! Super cool place to say you've been! If we go back, it will be to the same room at the Pelham!

Very disappointed with our choice of hotel. Upon check in, we were told that we could unload out in front of the hotel but, then would have to park in the hotel parking lot that was basically 3 blocks away behind a “yellow house with a Pelham sign”. The room was a disappointment also. From the tiny tv that wouldn’t stay upright (broken bracket?) to the very dirty shower curtain to the grossly dusty ceiling fan to the uncomfortable very squeaky bed; the room gave off an unpleasant feeling. These things, plus the fact that HB had already basically shut down for the season; caused us to cut our losses and leave after 1 night.

An older building. It felt like southern charm. It was clean and cared for. It stood out above most of the places in Hampton, and it’s in the beach!!!

Everyone was very friendly. Porch is perfect. Continental breakfast and coffee very good.

Extremely dated, The pictures were not representative of the actual condition. Roof deck was on top of building next store so it was Inconvenient.

Positive notes: 1. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2. Good size fridge. 3. Chest of drawers. 4. Table and chairs. 5. Right on the boardwalk.
Negative notes: 1. No shampoo in the shower stall and none at the front desk! Bring your own! 2. Noisy neighbors in the lodge next door that I could hear through the wee hours. 3. The smallest TV set I had ever seen at any resort, with a 26” screen! 4. No screen on one of the windows, so it couldn’t be opened. 5. Shower curtain installed too high up so water got all over the floor from the gap below.

Check in was super easy. Parking is right around the corner for $10. But when you bring the parking pass back in the morning you get the money back. There were plenty of food options right in the area. The beach is right across the street. Even though it was the last day of the season we still walked the beach which is big and clean. The hotel is quiet and the pool was heated and open until 9pm.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Bed comfy and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is great too.

This place is very dirty. There were stains on the linens. Dirt on the walls and filth all over the shower/ shower curtain. $400 a night for this “ luxury room” that still had the previous tenants food on the floor. I would never stay here again.

Very pleased with room.
