Great location and rooms were excellent. We had a lovely time at this hotel. Only minor issue was the ineffectiveness of the AC, otherwise it would be perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is super central. Can be a bit noisy with the tram passing by.

The bell boy was the nicest person the rest of the staff were the most unpleasantly, rude an unprofessional that i have ever encountered in a hotel

Really nice welcoming the valet parking got us a cheaper parking in the street as we arrived quite late we appreciated We got also upgraded to a really nice room with a balcony with a view over Zurich roofs it was amazing We also enjoyed the restaurant which we highly recommend

The hotel is really great. Loved the room. Everyone was super friendly. All though our kids were super crazy. The location is right in the center. But the rooms are very quiet. The staff was lovely.

The bar and restaurant Orsini are outstanding. The service for the hotel part was lacking. Nobody came out to greet us as we arrived. We were also missing a file after check out and when we called the hotel to ask if it was there, they were immediately defensive and unhelpful. This is not what I expect from a 5* property.

Great location, beautiful building, very good rooms and excellent service. The staff did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable as possible e.g. early check in and late check. The Italian restaurant Orsini delivered both amazing food and service.

Overall good, great location. Very small room, no gym, no business center. Nice hotell but not "wow".
