The hotel corridors feel like a hospital. The hotel needs some Tender Loving Care. There seems like a lack of staff on hand to assist guests, compared to more upmarket hotels. The bathrooms have signs to put the toilet paper into bins, rather than be able to flush the paper down the toilet. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, with no beach or sites in near walking distance from the hotel beach side. The deck chairs are in poor condition. The kosher food options are limited and the food tends to be spicy.

Property was in good condition. Hotel isnt all kosher. There was a strong smell of extermination. Pool was very nice and the ground rooms go straight out to the pool.

The overall location is amazing and even tho the space next to the hotel is public it was very clean.
There is a small sand beach but generally speaking its mostly rocky along the coast.

Beautifully situated on the beach front. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Kosher meals were good value, always a good selection for adults and children. Lots of facilities.

Overall great place BUT:
1 - Check-inn took a very long time as the reception team did not found our online reservation (after about half an hour they did find it!)
2 - On one of the 3 days the did not clean the room at all until 19:00 ! which is of course unacceptable

The hotel is in a beautiful location with close access to transport, shop, etc. the facilities in the hotel are beautiful, the pools and spa, etc however the place is a little dated and needs a lick of paint and some upgrades. The staff are overall very helpful and accommodating, however, a few of them especially the waiters at the restaurant and the bar are very terse and can be very unaccommodating which is a massive shame!

Let's be clear there is no Blue Lagoon Kosher Hotel, it is the Capital Coast Hotel that an Israeli tour company has some kind of deal with where they resell rooms and they have a floor with a kitchen, dining room, coffee room and synagogue. The Capital Coast staff seem to have a natural dislike for the 'Blue Lagoon' guests and seem to go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible towards them, I am not sure why.
You have to remember that there are other guests in the hotel, guests that are for Capital Coast, so as much as Blue Lagoon can try and set aside separate swimming times etc. this can't be enforced.
Staff - Reception staff were rude and unhelpful during our stay.
Rooms - we stayed in a Superior Suite. Huge room but lacked basic amenities such as a box of tissues, shower kept flooding bathroom and bed was really uncomfortable.
Food - The breakfast was really nice, Israeli-style with plenty of options but became boring after 3 days.
The dinner is very expensive - €45pp, wasn't really worth that though.
Hotel Amenities - nice pool and jacuzzi but my wife felt uncomfortable with all orthodox men around.
Also, the rooms look out on open square and can be very noisy at night with guests drinking/swimming/chatting etc.
Location - a bit out of the way and not walking distance anywhere nice.
Nice if you desperately need a kosher breakfast, but there is Chabad who offer meals and synagogue services so not a necessity.

Warning.... This is NOT a hotel.
THERE IS NO SUCH PLACE CALLED BLUE LAGOON HOTEL. ...
It is a scam.
It is the Capital coast hotel with one kosher room.
The rest of the hotel is regular.
...they simply supply kosher meals, which were fine, when they had a big group, but WE WERE SERVED STALE AND OLD FOOD the rest of the time.
*hotel staff totally unhelpful with kosher guests, with the exception of one reception staff. ...they basically said that they have nothing to do with the kosher guests.
Definitely can't recommend

We came for a day in Cyprus and enjoyed the Kosher program. The program has a floor of its own which they serve a bountiful breakfast (unlimited) and supper. There is a shul and a lounge with cake, coffee and juices. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The view is spectacular and breathtaking.

Very big rooms.
Very comfortable, pleasent, two swiming pools (inside & outside), the food is good but not not something special. Served a bit messy.
The towels are changed only once every two days.

To start with the hotel was clean throughout, and some of the check in staff were friendly, Stelios whom looked after us thoroughly with the restaurant side was an absolute pleasure to meet with, the odd things that bugged me was within our hotel room there were numerous light switches that wasn't connected to anything, and the thin walls where you could here things being moved around in other rooms above and below.
And the outdoor Breakfast area were you was mixed in with smokers, this isn't nice if your a non-smoker.
The one thing I will say is the pools were great!!!
Will I return here? The answer is Yes.

I wanted to point out that we came back from our vacation at Blue Lagoon Kosher Hotel paphos and there are a number of things that need improvement.

> > Poor service of the hotel staff and especially the maids who were angry and annoyed that they were required to do their work and replace the bedding in our room !!

The hotel is nice, ,by the sea shore ,but don't have is owned beach, for that you need to go like 5 min. Have a nice pool in and out and a spa . It's the the same building of the capital coast hotel.
The double room is nice and big, comfortable with kitchen and washing machine and big balcony.
The food is tasty kosher at the blue lagoon.
