Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel room clean and as required. Breakfast great value. Area made us feel quite anxious - permanent military and police presence - on guard 24 hours across road. Did not feel safe to be out late or walk around anywhere outside hotel. Bus stop right outside which was helpful to quickly get into centre. Wouldn't recommend due to this, especially for lone travellers.

This is a decent and really price-worthy hotel, although it may have seen its better days. It gives you the impression of a local, authentic Italian hotel. The Lingotto shopping center is at a walking distance, a nice walk along the massive, arc-like bridge over the railway. Everything worked just fine and the stay was pleasent. To get further downtown, take a bus or catch the subway at Lingotto. A taxi may cost you 10 euros or so.
