The room is very small, with very basic things in it. No minibar, no pot to boil water for coffee. The air conditioner didn't work all over the hotel although we specifically asked about it before the reservation. We stayed only two nights so it was bareable, but it's not recommended for longer stays.

Located near Ludwigsburg station, but not so cozy to stay at this hotel. Room key does not work when you put it together with other cards such as credit card etc. When I faced the issues a few times, the receptionist behaved as if it was my fault. Room was not clean enough. While I stayed here for 1 week, I saw something like sea louses a few times, which made feel bad...

Room was clean but looked a bit tired. Chips in furniture and floor needs refreshing. Brilliant shower and hairdryer and love the magnifying mirror. Our room did not have any tissues in the box and the toilet paper is extremely rough. We requested a quiet room and thankfully it was even though it was very near the lift.

The television didn't work. When I called, they told me that it was a problem with the cable, but they didn't fix it. The floor was dirty. The bedsheet were covered in lint and dust. The public bathrooms had not been cleaned in several days.

Very nice stay. Good size rooms. Close to railway station and Kullmans Diner. Friendly staff and goid breakfast. There a small charge to use the hotels parking, but thats worth it.

NH is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. This time though, our shower leaked a bit and had some defects, also at times the cold tap in the bathroom had hot water and didn't go cold at all. The pillows were very thin. Other than that, very nice room, no noise, nice roomservice.

We liked the hotel with the exception of being told upon arrival that breakfast was separate when it was supposed to be included with our stay. The lady at the front desk had to do some checking and corrected this for us but it is annoying that one has to stand up for what was promised. If I had not been insistent, the hotel would have charged us and it was an expensive breakfast compared to other hotel breakfast charges.

clean, has wifi and wired lan in room. close to train station. perfect location. breakfast was good, many varieties, but no chicken, beef or turkey options, all pork. :( wifi was available, but speed was not good. even though its the enhanced wifi i chose, speed is adequate for email and chat only. room was quite cold first day, till i adjusted the temperature. then it was fine.
