The hostess was the most caring and friendly person we’ve met in Havana. She was so kind and helpful, whether with a transportation to Varadero or helping out with a sim card, she was such an angel. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house is in a great location. It is a few meters from Malecon and a 15 minutes walk to the Capitol and various sights. The house has a stylish interior and the room slept awesome. Breakfast good and hearty. Reysa and Barbara are very nice and helpful ladies. They had great patience with our bad English and even bad Spanish. Ryesa arranged for us taxi and casa in another destination. (Vinales) Thank you very much, ladies.

Reysa was extremely professional and helpful. She helped make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really quite good. There was a little bit of flooring work being done on our last day, but it did not get in the way of our stay. There was even a mosquito net over the bed in our room, which while there were only a few mosquitoes, was welcomed. The casa is very centrally located and it was easy to pick up taxis and walk along the Malecon and even to walk to Old Havana. The casa is in Centro, which I found actually to be more fun to stay in than in Old Havana (we stayed in both) because more local residents live in Centro. At one point I had to change a little extra money and she helped me with that beautifully. Do your homework before coming to Havana, and enjoy its uniqueness. What a great trip.

The host (Reysa) was very welcoming and friendly. The living room and patio areas have the Old World Charm atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to Central Havana (Malecon, El Capitolio, Plaza Vieja). I highly recommend this place when you need a place to stay in Havana.

Casa Manrique is beautiful.. It is only 2 streets away from the Malecon and a 10 minute walk to the Capitol. There is wifi and I recommend the lobster dinner. It was delicious. The owner was very friendly. She arranged my taxi from and to the airport, was helpful with directions, friendly and very very nice! I wnet with my 6 year old daughter and both her and I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Manrique. The air condition was cold, the place was clean, the bed was comfortable and anything I needed all I had to do was ask. My daughter and I were going to the beach and the owner gave my daughter and I sunscreen and beach towels to go to the beach. Very very friendly!!
