This is a new apartment, with two big beds. All the equipment is very new. It's about 10 mins of walking to the Hiroshima Station, and nothing much in between, except a convenience store quite close. Thus you would probably need to walk for at least 10 minutes for anything. That's not bad though, from my point of view. Property management was easy to access online.
It has two floors, so it may not be ideal if your traveling party has someone who cannot handle the steep staircase.
