Good service, breakfast, spacious room, clean and comfortable bed. My only complaint about the room was that the AC unit was right next to the bed so air was blowing directly at me. I had to put a towel over it so I could sleep.

No bottled water available in our room. Which is very unusual for a hotel since most of the hotel Ive been has this as part of the complementary. I dont thin hotel will have to spend so much money on this. But overall my stay was good.

Easy access, not overcrowded, nice area with many food options nearby plus a target 5 minutes away. Free breakfast was very decent and we thought it was very pleasant overall.

I love this hotel, I've stayed twice already and the entire place is really nice and well kept. The parking, amenities, breakfast, rooms, etc. were all extremely nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for a quick meal. The rooms were clean. There aren’t very many hooks in the bathroom for towels though.

We had a good stay. The place is clean. Continental breakfast is excellent! The only complaint we have is that on the 5th floor, you have to wait about 10 minutes for the shower water to come out warm. I had to take a cold shower in the morning because warm water never came out and I couldn’t keep waiting. Other than that, everything is excellent. I would stay again.

There was a situation that occurred during our stay but the manager handled it well. Overall pleased with the stay. Advice, always check under the A/C unit to make sure nothing was left behind. Especially if you have small children.

the suites are great! comfortable space for two people. my partner loved the little desk area to sit and do some remote work. the hotel was conveniently located with about a 15min drive to both Knott’s and Disneyland so we weren’t worried about transportation. the entrance into the driveway was interesting since it’s right off the freeway but we got used to navigating after a while. would definitely stay again!
