Great hotel with public bath, nice breakfast included. On-site parking is reasonable and the subway station is also a short walk away. It’s my first choice when I need to stay in Nagoya for a night. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the parking attendants.
The rooms are small, but I’m basically only in the room to sleep, so it’s no problem for me.

I liked how close i was to the train, I still think it's silly that i couldn't go into the public bath because i couldnt cover my large flower and anime tattoos. Its 2024 and japanese companies need to stop loosing money because they are too scare to ban yakuza tattoos ONLY.

We were visiting the Ghibli Theme Park and chose this hotel as it was close to transport connections to that park. It was typical of Japanese Business Hotels in giving no-frills accommodation at reasonable cost. We found the staff to be helpful and the breakfast selection was good and at a reasonable price.

The hotel was located conveniently close to the Metro and was clean and a cozy room just for one. The staff were professional, polite and helpful when needed. As a vegetarian and unfamiliar with the language, the kitchen staff walked me through the breakfast buffet pointing out what I could eat.

What a wonderful experience I had!
All the staff was really, unbelievably kind and helpful; the service was excellent, too. They all went not only extra mile but also above and beyond. For just an example, when I worried about if I would be able to make on time for the flight to go home and asked one of the front desk personnel, another person checked out the train schedule, transfer, how much time it would take, and etc. everything I would need to know, and printed it out without being asked. Then he gave me the options and his opinion. All the staff thought about my concern and helped me as if they were in my shoes.
I can recommend the hotel to anyone who is willing to stay at a business hotel.
The breakfast each morning was fun; it was something I could looking forward to. There were enough choice, healthy, nutritious, good taste, and very, very clean.
I can stay at the hotel any time when I visit that area.

Hotel was great even when i put up the do not disturb sign there would be a bag with fresh towels out side my door. Only down side was the bed. It was a good size bed for a japanese hotel but they are not soft. But all in all the room did what it had to; a place to sleep, shower and relax for a bit. Location wise it was great i was only one block of where i need to be and down town area was only a 8 min train ride away. I would go back again hard bed and all.
