Check in was quick and easy. Staff are super helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is construction right outside the front door but there are walkways around it. They were super thoughtful and prepared a box meal for my dad who went on a day excursion. The meal was generous in both choice and quantity. It’s walking distance to many areas. They gift you two free water bottles and two reusable bags. Honestly this hotel is quite the gem. They recommended great restaurants and tour operators. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Santa Cruz island.

Wonderful Stay in the Galápagos – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to the Galápagos. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. They were not only thorough in their service but also incredibly helpful in offering tips on the best places to visit and things to see. Their local insights made our experience even more memorable. The breakfast was a highlight—absolutely stellar, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Galápagos, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I’d gladly stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Cucuve was great! The rooms were very nice and beds comfortable. The breakfast was great too - made to order eggs, fruit, bread, cereal, and other food options, plus juice and delicious coffee, The hotel manager and staff were very helpful and attentive, and they helped with logistics and any needs we had! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Galapagos.

Hotel Cucuve was perfect for my 3-night stay on Santa Cruz. The room and bathroom were super spacious and clean and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk to many attractions on the island. I highly recommend Hotel Cucuve.

We loved everything about Hotel Cucuve! The service is top notch. The beds and bedding so comfortable, slept great every night. The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. Loved that they had filtered water available for us to fill our water bottles, saved us a fortune in bottled water! The breakfast was good too, cooked to order eggs every day. Everyone working there was so friendly and accomodating!

This is a great place to stay! It is in a very walkable area, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is great and the hotel is very clean. When we come back we will definitely be staying there.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our adventure to the Galapagos- the location was ideal and the property was pristine. The staff was so kind and hospitable- the manager , Ana, made us feel like family, as did all whom we interacted with. We will definitely be returning to this property and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the charming Puerto Ayora !

This property is amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The breakfast is made-to-order and exceptionally good. The staff is super nice and helpful. The property is steps from the main street with plenty of restaurants. Taxis are easy to get; I only had to wait 30 seconds every time I needed one. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm on Santa Cruz Island.

Very expensive glorified youth hostel - not a hotel. Did not receive room I booked, on line photos are very misleading/deceptive, no elevator, no AC in common areas, front desk staff with limited hours, poor WIFI, unappealing breakfast, awful laundry service (ruined a shirt) and a ridiculous 9AM checkout time - a first for me in almost 40 years of travel. Just a tremendous disappointment for the price - spoiled the first couple days of a once in a life time Galapagos adventure - such a shame…

This hotel was so much better than we expected. The breakfast was made for us every morning. The room was clean and beautiful and the location fantastic. And I am a hotel snob. We loved it! Only took a couple pics of my food. Wish I had more.

This is a lovely property in a great location. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are a great size, lovely bathroom. There are even bathrobes and slippers, and an in room safe.
