From the moment that we walked in the door, to the moment that we were leaving, we were treated like royalty. The room was phenomenal. To sweeten the stay, we had a hand written note from the staff saying happy anniversary along with a bottle of champagne and a sweet treat. The stay was certainly 5 star!

The building is amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Although a bit noisy from our room neighbors. I would definetly stay there again.

I saved money for many months to be able to reserved a sweet room for $1500 a night that was overrated in many aspects it even didn’t have a view of anything I have stayed in before in a less prestigious hotels that have a better room than the sweet that I got at a four seasons London it’s honestly didn’t raise to my expectations. Note I did stay in August of 2023 in the four seasons Chicago and it was a great experience but London four seasons wasn’t worth the money

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone very nice. Great concierge services. Great Ball Staff.
Would definitely stay there again
My only complaint is that the water is “hard”. It takes a lot of water to wash soap off.

It's the Four Seasons... what more can one say? Impeccable and lovely, as always. Absolutely ideal location, in a beautiful historic building. I don't know what I did to deserve the upgrade to a suite, but I am forever grateful.

A lovely luxury stay with my husband. Impressive bathroom suite and very relaxing luxurious room. Comfy bed and lovely amenities. All staff were help at all times and attentive. Swift check in. We were celebrating my husband key birthday and hotel sent non- alcoholic sparkly ( due to our dietary requirements) and birthday cake complementary. Lovely gesture and much appreciated- thank you for a lovely stay.

A Four Seasons is always a Four Seasons, which means the best amongst the best. But some Four Seasons are even better. This is the case with the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. It is almost perfection. We had three rooms (one deluxe, one premier and one executive room) and the only minus were the curtains of the premier room which did not block the light from the outside properly. This was not the case with the deluxe room, which had better curtains although being technically an inferior category of room, nor the case of the executive room, which had window shades besides the curtains. The overall experience, however, was outstanding. Everybody from staff were very nice, very well trained. This hotel should be studied as reference for the hospitality industry. It is gourgeous but not snob, so that you feel at home and relaxed all the times. Do not miss the splendid diner experience at the 2 Michelin Star Restaurant La Dame de Pic, which is phenomenal. If you can afford the Four Seasons London at Ten Trinity Square, do not think twice, book it now and be happy!

We stayed at the property for a long weekend (4 nights) with a toddler. We could not have been happier with the mindful service here that made traveling with a three-year-old easy. The room is generously sized (by London standard) and they prepared everything we asked for (and much more) for the little one before our arrival. The location is very good (2 min walk to the Tower Hill station) and the traffic is not too busy in front of the hotel. There is a small pool in the spa and has adult-only hours. We were able to make the schedule work and the little one enjoyed the pool. In room dining has a good kids menu with many options. Would recommend this place for any family traveling with young kids.

We had booked 4 nights at four seasons but due to some confusions between airlines, we couldn't fly at the time that we were supposed to and had to book for 2 days later so were missing 2 night of our stay in four seasons. I called the hotel to see if they would reverse the payment although honestly I didn't have much hope since it was fully paid and it was through expedia but to my surprise, they accepted very easily. I just had to message expedia and let them know that hotel agreed to refund and on top of that, when we got to the hotel, since they had felt bad for us that we had stuck in Larnaca for 2 days, they upgraded our room. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately we couldn't use any of the restaurants since it was fully booked but our room and the hotel is beyond beautiful. The location is great. walking distance to some of historical places. Not too far from Harrods even. Everybody was nice but I like to thank Margot and Ediz.
