One of the most amazing accommodations we’ve ever stayed in! The view from the Artist room was incredible - the sunrises were breath taking. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here.

This is a lovely house and very centrally located but quiet! Our hostess was very kind and we had an unusual "cave" room that was interesting and had a garden area so we could sit outside. Matera is an amazing place NOT to be missed! Spend several nights at Casa Diva. You will not be disappointed!!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Diva. From the initial communication before check-in to the farewell in the Lobby, the time at this hotel was superb. Eleonara was so accomodating. We were allowed to check-in early which is not so easy for them to do since they are off-site due to the location. But Eleonara was available at all times by phone for whatever needs we had. She showed us to our room and gave an explanation of this unique hotel, every room is different and unique. The terrace on the second floor is open to all guests. We loved the view and relaxing there after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and very extensive. The cappuccinos are freshly made at your request. Our room was very clean with a large modern bathroom. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return to Matera.

I loved Matera. This hotel is more of an air b&b. There is only reception when you call in advance for someone to meet you. It is located in the city centre and hence there is no way to get your luggage to the front door without navigating a lot of stone stairs.
Also, it was a heatwave while I was there. The "a/c" in both rooms my group reserved barely blew out any air at all. This made it difficult to sleep. And since there is no staff on site most of the time, there was no one to complain to. It's a charming spot, but be advised, if you have any issues like this late in the evening, you're on your own.

The room was beautiful and clean and decorated tastefully. Breakfast was very good. And the hotel was central to everything. Parking is nearby. Highly recommend to stay here.

The property was an old palazzo which was lovely with views over the ancient city site. The service was wonderful and very helpful. Had a nice breakfast as well.

Nice hotel in the centre. Paid parking Euro 12/day is available nearby. The fitout is relatively new. Bathrooms are larger than most in Italian Hotels of this standard. Some rooms have a spectacular view out over the rooftops of the old town to the sassi caves.

For a quiet stay in Puglia I would strongly recommend this little place: quiet location, small, nice pool, good breakfast of local produce, on outskirts of Martano and within easy reach of Lecce and Otranto, beaches not far, and lovely staff.
