The rooms were pretty standard, beds were not super comfortable and the pillows were rediculous, hard and tiny. They were closer to couch throw pillows then bed pillows

Not the cleanest room. Things were kind of outdated. The front desk person was rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are in a pinch.

The headboard of bed and wall art was very dusty. The toilet paper holder was broken. There were splatter marks on the fabric material above the window.
The room was spacious and well stocked. The bed was comfortable.
Front desk was very helpful, above and beyond customer service!

This was a pleasant hotel with good staff.

The stay was mostly good but the continental breakfast was really poorly cooked. Most things were barely cooked and looked grey. Hashbrowns tasted weird.

kind of noisy at 11. 30 pm some people were out on balcony near my back drinking and sound
don't know if I will stay there again.

The grounds look great and the rooms have been updated. The rooms are a little dark and smell a little musty

Overnight stay. Hotel is more like a motel. Run down. No pool.

The front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds are well cared for and full of beautiful flowers. The AC is very loud and there was only one toilet paper role in the room, but these did not deter our enjoyment of our stay.

Clean, comfortable and well-maintained, with nice attention to detail (for example, a night light in the bathroom) and a charming vegetable garden on the property (though we never learned where the harvest ends up). Most important for our family, it’s within easy walking distance of the Utah Shakespeare Festival. We will definitely stay here again.

this property's main building is a hotel but the 2nd building is a motel - we were in the motel part and i normally do not stay at a motel - however, this older property has been updated and is in excellent condition. stayed in 3 different hamptons and paris las vegas on this 9 day trip and this hotel was our favorite. the back patio area with the garden and lighted gathering area is very cool. quite, beautiful area and very close to many retail and food choices.

Staff was friendly and my room was surprisingly spacious. Lots of parking. Good selection of warm breakfast items that changed slightly every day. Location is close to downtown restaurants and the SUU campus. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious room for price. Shears were torn, and breakfast was just tolerable. Our room opened to the back patio and gardens. The garden and sitting area were charming. Live music was there on some evenings. We will stay there again.

We were very impressed with this Best Western. The room was nice, a bit small but it was nice. The staff was very pleasant and accommadating. The courtyard with the garden was a real treat. It was nice to sit outside in a comforable quite area after a long drive. The chinese restaurant next to the hotel is a real gem as well. We will go for sure stay here again.

The room was great, large and very comfortable. My only complaints were about the breakfast. The food is poorly laid out and I found it difficult to find things. For example, spreads such as jam, jelly etc. were in a totally different part of the room (around a corner!) than the bread and toast. Shouldn't they be right next to each other? The coffee maker brews individual cups, but it fills them so high there is NO room for creamer (I prefer to pour my own coffee so there is room for creamer....plus it spilled over the top and was HOT!!). There was no butter, only margarine, and bagels but no cream cheese. The bagels were stale. A little more attention to detail would help a lot

As well as being centrally located the grounds are the highlight. There are spacious outdoor lounge areas for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The herb and vegetable garden is a definite plus.
The refrigerator is the best I've ever seen in a motel.

The room was in a separate building from the main desk and was not like the pictures. It smelled bad in the room and was very old and outdated. The carpet was dirty. The TV didn’t work and we were instructed to “pull the TV out and turn it until we got a signal.”

Great staff, Brad the gardener was wonderful. Great garden, fun conversation.
Enjoyed Main Street and had a great ice cream per his suggestion.
