This was our second stay in one year… absolutely the place to stay in Torino. In addition to the beautiful suites…. We stayed in the royal suite last year and Room 602 this year…the service is impeccable… made all the better by Marco the butler. We want Torino to stay quiet so don’t go! But we love it and will only stay here!
Just a note of explanation…. The suites are in an ancient building across the street from the Hotel Grand Sitea. Although beautiful, there are many steps up to your suites.. but you are literally a few steps from the hotel where your breakfast is served and the beautiful bar. Just be aware so you are not surprised. As long as steps are not a problem you will love it, and the staff will help you with luggage.

Service was incredible. Marco was outstanding and walked us to a great local restaurant open out of hours. The room was up the grand staircase in the palace around the corner from check in. Large bedroom very quiet and comfortable. The biggest king size bed we have ever seen. Convenient location near all the important sites including Egyptian useum.

This property is wonderful! Our room and bed was extremely spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent and within a short walk of so many attractions and shopping. Staff was kind and professional. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Turin.

Where do I begin? Besides the fantastic location, the staff is a huge plus for this exclusive property that shares a relationship with Grand Hotel Sitea across the street. The dining at Carmen e Camilo is superb, lunch and dinner… the staff give a cell phone that is your butler on call, and even answers to walking directions or “ call me a taxi” or “ take me back to the hotel”. The history of the Royal Suites building is spooky sexy. There’s a private spa only for suites guests , and room service is included, or you can go across the street to Grand Hotel Sitea for the big breakfast Buffett, and American bar. The walking distance to the greatest shops , museums and theaters is another huge plus! Church bells ring beautifully at 12pm and 5:30 daily. The sense of kindness, respect and even dog friendliness is everywhere! After being in Milan, I. Onpletely fell head over heels for Torino thanks to the amazing experience of The Royal Suites. The high speed train was SO fun, too! You can be in Como in less than 2 hours, Switzerland and France too.
I felt completely pampered , and safe. Totally worth every dollar! I will absolutely go back and stay no where else !

The Royal Palace hotel is a collection of 6 massive suites next door to the Grand Hotel Sitea, which manages the property as well. Valet parking and butler service.
Each room is part of the former royal palace featuring massive spaces with 12-14’ ceilings, large windows and separate en-suite. Very comfortable but the showers could have hotter water.
The area is very convenient for walking with many restaurants, bars and museums within 10-15 minutes. Little traffic noise. We would definitely return and stay here.

Liked: the historic, luxurious rooms and authentic frescoes and artwork. Truly amazing. Didn't like: insufficient air conditioning (never got cool enough to sleep comfortably). We stayed in the Royal Suite and paid a royal price. We've stayed in suites at other hotels where we have been greeted with a kind note welcoming us and expressing appreciation for staying there. Instead, upon arrival in our suite at the Royal Palace Hotel we found an envelope that warned us of all of the fines and penalties we would incur in case we committed various crimes such as damage to the room, stolen art, failure to return key, etc. Very strange and discomforting welcome.
