Excellent location makes this true luxury hotel a great choice! Service was excellent everywhere in the hotel. A huge spread at breakfast with well thought of selections. The only issue I faced was - our room was NOT upgraded despite there being less than 100% occupancy! Of course at check-in I was told our room has been upgraded to a larger size. Having architectural background, the room was the same as booked !!

a wonderful stay in a top hotel where nothing is missing. Clean and very nice room and slept very well in bed. The breakfast was excellent and I can only warmly recommend it. There was also a top bazaar nearby and was great for shopping

The Team were absolutely amazing and took a genuine interest in makeing our stay 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble and it all those littlevthings that made the experiance even better. E.g. I needed to change money, so one of the team ran down the street and organised it within minutes. Great service.

The hotel property was beautiful and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was good and amentities (coffee, tea, filtered water) were refilled when house keeping comes around. The location is also central to many shopping and dinning areas, making it easy to get around.

Amazing is the right word for this hotel. The staff are over the top superb. They are smiling, kind and not just looking to help you; they are seeking to be of any assistance whatsoever on even the smallest detail. Their English is also quite good. We LOVED our stay at La Siesta and would return in a heartbeat. When we were looking for a hotel in Ho Chi Minh city, there were very many to choose from and we had a hard time picking a hotel, but we are so happy we picked this one. We used the Spa there, excellent (wow!), and ate dinner at their restaurant (wow!). The Twilight bar is a lot of fun to go to just sitting so high up and you have such a great view of the whole city and the lights at night, and the bartenders are quite skilled, making excellent cocktails. When we were there, the live music got canceled because it rained a bit although they still play music over the speakers. The breakfast is outstanding. We loved it. There are so many choices which include Asian food and Western food and the staff there are over the top great and always introducing you to different vietnamese food and Vietnamese coffee and so on.It's a wonderful experience, with great service. After hiking around the city, we spent some afternoon sitting by the pool, which was also very nice-- and with a great view, we really enjoyed it! The controls for the temperature and air conditioning in the room worked fantastic, as did the WiFi in the hotel. The room was spotless clean and very quiet for slee

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely and so helpful. I broke my phone and they helped call locations around the city to see if it could be fixed. In addition, they helped my wife with an extra room before her flight as it got delayed so that she could freshen up. They went out of their way to help us wherever they could. The rooms are also very nice and very clean.

We spent two nights at the "siesta" and we are very happy with our stay, it appears we made the right choice. The hotel is nicely located within Ho Chi Ming city, you can easily work around. The hotel is very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the roof top restaurant where breakfast is served. It is beautiful, and the buffet is diverse and very good. The Staff was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience, we highly recommend the hotel.

It was a great stay with good and clean room. What sets them apart is the staff, friendly and makes your feel right at home. Gym aircon need to be looked as at it was warm and stuffy. Other than that, everything else was excellent

Fantastic hotel , booked airport pickup which was the only way to arrive for us Hotel staff friendly and helpful Although our room was smal the rest of the hotel made up for it Pool was fresh and no strong chlorine detected which is a plus for me Added bonus a beautiful departing gift was given to us
