Toilet is too small for big size people, the toilet hygiene need to improve as when I stay there, the bathroom rack still have leftover of soap from last guest, very unhygienic.

The hotel was good but I booked a room for 2 adults. When we arrived, we only had one cup and one bottled water. We asked for more cups but told they only provide one cup per room regardless if two people are staying. So we had to share on cup of tea or one at a time. I showed them pictures from hotel.com that shows two bottle of water but they just refused. I like the hotel but not for couples. Simple customer service but won't stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious, we took a room with queen size bed and a sofa bed which was just comfort for a couple and a small kid, parking just in front of door step, restaurants with Japanese food and western food can be reached within 5 minutes walk, strategic location
