The hotel itself was comfortable and well equipped for long layovers however I was charged upon arrival after already paying for my booking and it ruined my experience altogether

Check in process needs major improvement. It took one and a half hours to line up and be seen to get our room key!

I found it quite comfortable place. The staff was very cordial especially the manager. Room was clean and spacious. I booked a room with two beds which was good for me, wife & two kids. Two minor issues there is currently no internet & TV cable but they r working on it. However since we want to have some sleep before our next flight it didn’t matter for me & wife but our kids after their sleep want to watch & get entertained so internet could be definitely an issue for kids. I highly recommend for transit travelers.

Hotel location is great. Room did not have a window. There was an office desk but no office chair. Bathroom was very damp and bugs were flying around. supplies were only for one person while we were two checked in.

At first staff demand payment for room I booked and pay for already. One staff member wasn’t patient with me while I search for payment receipt. Fortunately another staff member found the record of payment preventing me from paying double.

Couldn’t find booking so spent half hour at reception… then got to room to be woken up in the middle of the night by a staff member who had the wrong room.

You can hear noise from the hallway quite loudly. Also at 4am some staff member came into my room. They did ring the bell but I once I said "what do you need? They said "oh there is a guest in here!". I think they were with someone else and looking for a free room to go have some fun in. Note that the rooms do not have a window so that is good or bad depending on your situation.

The hotel is very unique as it is airside at Terminal One and very easy to get to the departure gates. The biggest problem is that if you are not transit passengers you can’t access the hotel without checking in and going through security. It would be nice if this was mentioned on your website. We were very lucky that a very kind gentleman arranged for us to check in at least 8 hours early and go airside which enabled us to use the hotel. Other personnel landslide said we could not go airside at 5pm as checkin started at 2.15am. So at least we had a comfortable sleep before boarding our flight at 7.30 Sunday morning.
