stayed here for a tour of TXST, it was fine, we we're first given a room that wasn't cleaned from previous guest, but the front desk was quick and sweet about getting us another room

The stay was great except the room was too cold for me. When I got there, wall thermostat was set on 85 but the room temperature was 66. Thankfully, the blankets were warm and the bed was comfortable.

The stay was nice and quiet. The room was clean. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower. The mattress had a big dip in the center so I sleep wasn’t that comfortable. But it wasn’t bad enough to say it wasn’t a good stay because it was

I need a refund for my stay at Courtyard Marriott. The room was totally filthy and disgusting. The general manager told me he cannot refund me anything because I booked through a third-party Expedia.

Hotel was clean and staff was attentive. But lets talk parking. This hotel does not have enough parking for it's guess. We arrived back at approximately 9 pm, and the lot was full. We asked the front desk about overflow parking, and were given the options of on the road leading to and from the freeway, or behind an adjacent hotel. We choose the latter and had to park about 150 yards from the front door. Tonsome this may not be a bother, but for us it would have detoured us if we had known. Otherwise the stay was uneventful as we stayed for one evening.

The towels were stained, the TV didn’t work the whole time we were there, and the check in staff were rude. Other than that the only good things I can say about this hotel was the location to the outlets and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel room smelled really bad like mold and humid. The chair and ottoman were noticeably stained dirty. Paid about $344 for two nights. I don’t consider that to be cheap to have a bad experience. Room was hot. Temperature never went lower than 74. Went out for a day. When we came back our room key didn’t work. We had to go back to the front desk to re-activate it. They also never came to clean our room despite the fact that we left at 7:30 am and didn’t come back until 9:45 pm. We specifically made sure the “do not disturb” sign wasn’t hanging outside of the door. Parking was very limited. We had to park behind the neighbor hotel. I’m not sure who rated this hotel wonderful. I’ve gad better experiences at cheaper hotels. :(

Property was located in a perfect area for shopping & dining. Across from the Tanger outlets made this a perfect vacay stay. We were also clise enough to the college area to enjoy the local restaurants there too. Rooms were clean , staff was friendly.

Limited parking and the elevator needs work. Could hear the highway at night. Marriott built another hotel right next to this one and consumed all of the parking. Be prepared to hike to the front door.

The lady when I checked in was very welcoming and friendly . She filled my ice bucket. The young lady who served my breakfast was very friendly . Staff very approachable and happy to help. Their kindness made me feel comfortable and relaxed .
