The hotel is very clean. It is close to the old city. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the check in and check out were smooth. It has a roof to sit in front of the view and a small garden (heated) where you can sit meet, if you are a group or want some air. Breakfast is good. 1 night we had some nice form the street but usually it was quiet

Everything was great except for the breakfast. All of the other hotels we stayed at had an excellent and free breakfast buffet. We were in Georgia for 4 days and this was the worst food we had. We had to pay for it and it was very stale

The location is just perfect for exploring the city walking. Great restaurants 5 min away. Breakfast in the hotel is really good, lots of local dishes, fresh fruit, eggs and cake. Service team was very nice and helpful. Despite the central location the room was very quiet.

An overall very good hotel. Located in the heart of the old town. The rooms although small were well designed and the bedbwas very comfortable. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast and service in the breakfast room. Recommend you have breakfast outside but definately a great hotel choice.

Friendly boutique hotel .. with the perfect location in the center .. Rooms a,bit small ..
Toilet smells a bit especially when you are out .. Staff really nice and helpful.. except the night shifts.. they are good but they need to put a little smile on the face .

Great stay in Tbilisi. Hotel personnel were very-very nice and accommodating, especially Giga. Our needs were very well addressed, the room was very good, and breakfast was excellent. Car access and parking in the area are a bit of an issue, but we were able to manage as needed. Location overall is perfect for sightseeing Tbilisi.

Great Old Town location, but hard to find, even for locals. Don’t get me wrong, they have been walking by it for decades, but it wasn’t a hotel then and the name of the street was different. That has to do with the Old Town being completely reinvented. In late 1800s most of the streets had Russian names as it was a major regional trading hub that brought together people native to Caucasus. Later, those names changed to Georgian revolutionaries and then to others. Even people who used to live in that area in 1970s hardly recognize parts of the Old Town.
The hotel is well-built with nice materials. The hall is nice and spacious, but the rooms are small and minimally furnished and the bathrooms are inconvenient (one needs to step into the shower area to be able to open the bathroom door). On the positive side, the rooms were spotless, the climate control worked well and the breakfast was very good, with quite a few choices.
The hotel staff was exceedingly polite and pleasant – be it the front desk, the cafeteria ladies or the cleaning crew. All of them, besides their native Georgian, spoke good English, Russian and some – in addition – Armenian and other languages. I’d like to specifically mention Lali and Tekla from the front desk, Elene from the cafeteria and Elsa from the cleaning crew.
Overall, we are happy to have stayed at the Strofi hotel and won’t mind returning there if those drawbacks with the minimalistic furnishing and layout of the rooms are addressed and resolved.

Very nice property, newly built, with modern feel, good finish, mirrors everywhere, good decor, and a nice eating area for breakfast with brick walls underground and a very nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful, sign in and out was easy and can be done online. Overall it was a good experience if your goal is to find a place that is comfortable, clean, well-priced and close to the main street (Kote Afghazi St). The only downside, is that you don't get good view of the city. Also you don't really get a view from your room of the mother of georgia as the pictures seem to insinuate. The buildings surrounding it are a bit old. However it is very close to a very nice downtown area, and it has a couple of great restaurants all within 20 m. Overall, if you can do without the view, it's a good pick.

Very nice property, well maintained and very clean. Is in the old part of the city, so the cityscape reflects that (the streets look grungy), but that's part of its historical character and appeal. Very safe and excellent eating options nearby. Only minor gripe, website suggests that airport transfer is included in rate, when it's not.

I was staying in Presidential suite and in general everything was great. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet door, it is super weird and not convenient. Also, would be just amazing to have an umbrella on the terrace. Besides that, everything was great. Special thank you to your amazing staff!
