My daughter and I were there for a mini-vaca; we stayed 3 nights. While the overall stay wasn't horrible, there were just a couple little minor things. Nothing that really made me completely dissatisfied; I'd stay there again. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom/shower also, was just immaculate! The beds were comfortable! The breakfast however, was okay-ish; the cereal seemed stale. But there were enough things offered to hold you over.
The light behind the mirror in the room didn't work. But there was a light right overhead as you walked into the room and a mirror on the sliding bathroom door immediately to the left as you walk into the room, so I didn't make a fuss about the light behind the mirror, I just improvised. The elevators were all the way in the back of the hotel instead of near the front like most places. Our room was all the way up front on the 2nd floor so having to walk all the way to the back of the hotel to catch the elevator and then walk all the way back towards the front to our room. Again, not really a deal breaker but just maybe worth mentioning. Each room I believe had its own balcony. It started snowing a little while we were there so it was nice to step out and watch the snow fall. All in all, it was a good stay. I've had better but I've definitely had way worse!!

Very comfortable bed. Very clean. It’s on the main road so you can hear road noise. It did not bother us. Nice room. Nice breakfast.

The hotel was ok we have stayed at this hotel the couple of years on our little weekend getaway and always liked it but this time the room just wasn’t that good a lot of the ports like to plug stuff in like phones and usb didn’t work some lights didn’t work the water for jetted tube smelled like chlorine so we basically had to take a shower after we got out of the tub the chairs were like sitting on bricks and the floors were nasty like to hit and been mopped in a while we won’t be staying here again for the price it should’ve been a lot nicer.

We stayed in the top floor room with a loft; my granddaughter and her friend loved it! We had plenty of room and had easy access from the basement parking garage. The continental breakfast was very comparable to higher-end hotels. The staff was very friendly! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I booked this room because it had a sitting area with a fireplace. Unfortunately, the fireplace didn't work. However, the room was newly renovated & looked good. The staff that we encountered was fantastic. Although we only stayed one night. We would definitely give the hotel another chance to impress us even more.

I researched hotels thoroughly and chose this one because of the positive reviews and evacuee I thought the ids would enjoy having bunk beds. Unfortunately our stay was not great. The elevator was broken throughout our stay. That was not too bad at first because we had a room on the 2nd floor. I was traveling with three young children—ages 9,7, and 3. We arrived late due to an accident and when we got to the room, there were ants one of the beds likely due to the cracker remnants that were also in the bed. I called to the front desk and the clerk offered to send up more sheets?!? I told him that would not fix the ant issue so he reassigned us to a room on the 5th floor. Other than his suggestion, the clerk was kind and welcoming. The remainder of the stay was a hassle moving the kids up and down 5 flights of stairs as the elevator was out of service the morning after our arrival through the end of our visit. Also, there was a dead cricket in the floor of the new room. We also had to make up the twin bunk beds ourselves as the bedding was just folded and left on the bed. Needless to say, it was not a stellar visit and I would not book at this hotel again.

Overall this is a great hotel in a good location if you want to be off the main drag of the parkway. I have no complaints but just a couple of pointers to be mindful of.
We had a loft room facing the parkway which meant pretty high levels of traffic noise could be heard in the room. Unbeknown to us there was then a ‘truck fest’ In town the last two nights of our stay and the noise levels were quite disturbing with a queue of traffic outside heading down the Parkway, horns going, loud music and engines revving going on until about 1am. Not the hotels fault but you might want to ask for a room towards the back to avoid even the normal noise level.
The loft room also has no blinds in the upper loft windows and the building has some external spotlights that will shine through, so some sleep eyewear might be needed if sensitive to light.
If you’re looking for the AC control for the loft then you need to call maintenance which was little annoying.
Otherwise beds were great, breakfast was good, staff are friendly and overall the place is clean and tidy. Oh, the lift was out of order when we arrived, 4th floor, having travelled internationally we had a fair bit of luggage to carry up, but fair dues it was working a couple of days later.
Would recommend this hotel but do consider the room choice/position.

The elevator was out of service for all the 4 days. Housekeeping service was the worst. They only showed up 2 out of 4 days and when they did , they only replaced the towels in the bathroom and did not do anything. One cannot have their breakfast for more than one day. Overall, except the location everything else was disappointing in this hotel.

The bed was really uncomfortable, and I'm not a big complainer about that. I had to unstop sink myself, figuring I only saw one person working and they wouldn't be able to leave front desk. It's so close to the street that sleep was hard to come by. I will say the breakfast was probably the best included breakfast I've seen yet.

Room had a musty smell, elevator was out the last few days of our trip. I feel there are better stays in the area for the amount paid.
