Front desk was soooo helpful and friendly. Recommended the perfect dinner spot for us, helped us figure out the (very easy) bus to the airport (pick up is at the end of the street, less than 10 min. ride, and costs €2/person). Room was clean and nice, with super comfy bed and bedding. We had the rooftop terrace all to ourselves to enjoy our wine at the end of the night. There was parking available for about 5 cars out front. We actually never heard a plane fly overhead (*were there in mid November so def low season). Really great location and stay!

We stayed the night we arrived in Crete and the night before we left Crete. It was a very comfortable hotel and very convenient to the airport and port. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We obviously stayed there due to location but it was of a quality where if all hotels along our travels through Crete were like this, we would have been very satisfied

The hotel was is easy to get to and just a short drive from the airport Much appreciated after a long journey. Located on a quiet street. Clean comfortable rooms and a rooftop terrace where they served a nice breakfast.

It was ok. Super loud as its quite close to the airport. In general though, quite clean, breakfast was good and staff were great. Hotel information on hotels.com is incorrect. Checkin is 24hours and no covid test required.

The property is right next to the port and airport so convenient. Many restaurant around the area. The hotel gorgeous so clean breakfast was included the front desk iss sooo helpful they directed me to the beach’s and shopping strip. Would go back again

I needed a room for one night near the airport in Heraklion, and this small hotel provided that. It was within walking distance to the Europcar car rental (15 minutes), where I went the next morning to pick up the rental car. The area was very safe, very close to a grocery store, and easily walkable. The only negative about the hotel is that it is extremely noisy because of the planes flying overhead, but that seems to be a problem in many parts of Heraklion and even at the beach resorts east of Heraklion.

I usually do not right reviews, however this hotel was exceptional for service and checking us in at 2:00 a.m. George was at the desk in the morning and I missed the lads name at check in. They were both exceptional. We booked for one night due to late flight in Heraklion. They were both extremely friendly and helpful after busy day of traveling. Rooms were spotless. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you. Vern from Vancouver

Not liked: Airplane noise from nearby airport; Double bed advertised but 3/4 offered and 2 twin beds pushed together. Liked: Helpful staff with fine breakfast. Plenty hot shower water. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Super helpful staff called a taxi for us to be there at 4:30 am to take us to the airport and it was there ready on time. Good location just off the bus route and near lots of nice cafes. Quiet comfortable room.

We were very happy staying here. We booked two rooms and they gave us one room Right away thought we arrived very early before check in time and we were able to bring our luggages in and freshen up before we head out and explore Heraklion. It’s very clean and conveniently located. The front desk was very nice and very helpful. Would stay there again.
