While conveniently located, the hotel is a bit old. Also toilets are not senior citizen friendly and dangerous for old folks (need to step up/down when getting in/out). Mattresses are hard and not comfortable.

First time in Okinawa, this hotel is very well located, close to major city spots and public transportation; also, the staff is very friendly and tried their best to communicate in English. Loved it!

Affordable but teeny tiny rooms and bathroom (even compared to the other Japanese hotels we stayed in for our 20 day trip). AC only comes on when you put the key in so our room got very hot each time we left and took awhile to cool down (it was August). Location looked better on a map than in person but was only 15 minute walk to most things. Would stay again if significantly less expensive but would look for further options if available, especially closer to the monorail.

Hotel is Ok for the price. Rooms are old, need rennovation. Staff is friendly and speaks english. Ok for a short stay but there are better options in the area.

the reason
It was far from the nearest station.
There was only one electrical outlet in the room. Dryer is hard to use.
No coin laundry was installed.
The customer base is bad. Chinese customers were making a big noise at midnight, so I could not sleep well.
