Breaking our journey home en route from our holiday home in Sarthe. Hotel fulfilled all our expectation, exceptionally well equipped room & bathroom. Other reviewers had alerted us to the way breakfast would be presented: this was not a problem. In season there is a boulangerie close by. Dined at the excellent La Bagatelle next door, which fortunately was open- very little else in the town was, but it was end January.

Very pleasant weekend. Quend Plage is fairly quiet, but does have plenty of restaurants (including an excellent one next door). It provides a good base for exploring the Somme area.

This hotel proved to be the perefct final destination to our summer holiday in France. We were keen to find a stop over point on the way to Calais from the Loire Valley. We were more than ecstatic to find a modern, clean establishment and Karine was extremely helpful on arrival. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for top value and genuine modern comfort.

When we arrived no one was there, all the shutters down and we thought it was perhaps closed down. We tried the numbers on the door but initially got unobtainable then messages in french we couldn't understand. We tried the restaurant next door, lovely waitresses but no English and our french appalling, but eventually with sign language managed to discover someone would come to let us in at 9.30pm. It was worth it, delightful room fully set up for breakfast in the room. Ideal as a stop over after early evening channel crossing before heading south the next day. Superb meal at the helpful restaurant next door.
