It was very peaceful and comfortable. Very quiet. I regrettably ended up getting taken away in an ambulance, and all of my stuff practically got abandoned on the front lawn. I was so hurt and incoherent, that I neglected to contact the property, and give some kind of insight into why my things were left behind. I was literally on the brink of death, in need of a blood transfusion. According to the policy, any items left behind are held for up to seven days. I really hope this is true, because I’m still in the hospital since yesterday afternoon, and I would really like to retrieve my only belongings on this planet 😓

Weird not having staff onsite, but checkin went as explained via messages. Street parking only. Had to park a block away at night

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We weren’t looking for a shared living space when looking at hotels.com and when we booked this place we didn’t know we would be living with other people because the description of this place pretty much leaves that out altogether. There’s one place if you scroll all the way down the listing that says something like “communal kitchen space” but like come on…this place is advertised as “basic apartment” when it should be advertised as “basic shared apartment.” It’s very unfortunate that I had to find out this was indeed a shared space only from reading another review after booking and they don’t give out refunds for any reason. The only thing you’ll get to yourself is a bedroom which smelled like mildew and made me so allergic the entire stay when I normally don’t have allergies, so be prepared to share everything else (shared entrance, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared living room, etc). The walls are super thin so we could hear other people coughing the whole night every night. Important to mention I tried calling this property management company everyday multiple times a day for almost a week before my stay and left 4-5 voicemails in total and they never once called me back. I just felt pretty deceived upon walking in there. It was nothing like I had imagined based on their description online and their customer service was very poor given I was never able to get in touch. It gets the job done but keep your expectations low.

The room was small but convenient. Unfortunately my car broke down and I didn’t get to occupy the room I had for the 10 and 11th.

This is a SHARED house, not a private apt as described. No TV or microwave in rooms and walls are very thin and you can hear other people. Shared Kitchen & TV upstairs but not private. I wouldn’t have rented if I knew there was no TV in the room. This rental is Non-refundable, so be clear on ammenties prior to booking here!
