Attentive and friendly staff making you feel welcomed to the hotel. Walking distance to plaza de las armas and many other local eateries and shops. Room was good size and comfortable. Pleasant environment, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to returning! Thank you Dos Patios for your hospitality!

Nowhere in The description was it told that this hotel is next to a nightclub/bar. The whole entire night only a wall separate our room to the noise. The sheets were dirty and the room furniture was really old. I changed hotels the second night to Casa Santiago Hotel. Still in the same location but way better!

Property and room were very nice. But the hotel is adjacent to a venue that hosts dancing and parties on the weekend and the noise was very loud and ran until 3:00 am. Not good.

Overall we were really impressed with this hotel. Super central location, great value for the quality of room and tasteful decor. We stayed over a long weekend and our room was peacefully located and we hear no noise from the live concerts taking place a few blocks away.The only complaint we had was the TV remote didn't really work and the a/c was a bit noisy. They did try to fix it however it needed a new part which couldn't be ordered due to the long weekend. Otherwise we would return here again.

It is a beautifull hotel very convinient ir you want to walk around the downtown area, it is very clean, on the down side it is an old contruction so the rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything that is going on outside your room. The beds are not comfortable and the y creak when you move. The hotel personal are very nice and attentive.

Great Mexican style hotel. Friendly staff, although our reservation from hotel.com did not reach them, they found us a very nice room. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Five minutes walking from the city center. Free parking. Will certainly come back.
