We had no tv services for 2 days and they didn't even give us a discount for that. It wasnt very well because we had nothing to watch in our rooms abs that was nit very cool at all.

The balcony was very cute and the bed was comfortable. The layout and design of the room is not ideal. The bathroom door is frosted which allows all of the light through, to the mirror hung directly opposite the door and then brightens up the room. This is not ideal if someone in the group went to bed early or sleeps in. Breakfast was good, The crew worked hard and stayed on top of refilling the items. Front desk crew at check in and the next morning seemed disinterested in customers. Elevators made a lot of noise during operation.

I was disappointed that when the weather in Page turned bad and the hotel and hotels.controlled their rates they would not allow me to take advantage of the revised price because I had paid in-full for my stay. The good news is that there are other choices when it comes to both hotels and apps and I can delete both.

Nice hotel on edge of the town of Page. The room was very nice and comfortable. We had a view of the dam. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. I would have liked a healthy cereal. The WiFi worked well. The receptionist gave us good recommendations for dinner places. The only comment was that the bathroom had a sliding glass door. When my travel companion used the bathroom in the night, the light spilled into the room. Also the sliding bathroom door becomes the closet door which seemed like a design flaw. You can’t open the sliding door to the bathroom if someone is using the closet.

The room was fine, the breakfast was good, the check in was horrible. It really is the little things that make or break a hotel stay. For me, the extra long check in because we had a 'trainee' while people in line behind us were getting checked in faster was frustrating. Also, not having the room supplied efficiently was an inconvienience (one coffee packet and the tissue box basicly empty). They asked at check in if we needed housekeeping and we assumed we wouldn't because those basic supplies should have lasted for our 2 night stay.

Fairly nice hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable as well. During our stay, they had 2 full bus loads of non english speaking asian travelers, it was extremely hectic at breakfast but with the limited staff they had, they did great. Trying to serve more than 150 people at one time with limited resources, was I'm sure challenging. I was traveling with a service dog and they were very accommodating. I would stay here again. Also had a nice view of the Dam.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. He answered our questions and need fast and efficiently. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. Eggs and sausages are plenty even there’s only 30 minutes left. The hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom and it’s a bit inconvenient.

The property was very nice and in a good location. Great view from my balcony. Room was clean and modern and the breakfast each morning was good. My only complaint was that there appeared to be only one elevator working and sometimes it was a long wait.

Don’t send packages there from USPS because you won’t get it. I found that out the hard way and the front desk personnel a slight attitude by a couple of people when they told me my package wasn’t there and it really was. Make sure you always ship FedEx or UPS.

Clean room and facilities , very comfortable bed, excellent stay. Actually wanted to stay a second night but the price went from 189 for the first night to almost $350 for the second night. So went across the drive way and stayed at the Baymont for $189. The one negative, the “breakfast” was terrible. Soupy instant eggs.
