We checked-in late and were welcomed with a lovely note welcoming us and giving us information for access. The château itself is absolutely beautiful, the room was lovely, with a nice bathroom, the beds were comfy and we had an excellent (if brief) stay. Thank you Château!

It is very old. We had the room 508. We had to walk all the way up with the baggage. The room is very old. For the check in we had to go to the other hotel two blocks away.
The ac was not working. No breakfast as well.

Great potential in the future hopefully. New ownership apparently and just did not appear ready for guests. Website makes it appear as though it is set up as a bed and breakfast, not the case at all. Very nice location and the owner was very pleasant.

Property was very accommodating when I requested a room with a bathtub due to being pregnant and uncomfortable.

The chateau is like a beautiful museum, well preserved and wonderfully decorated. The bed was new and everything spotless.

WHAT a find! My first time to Magog but I'm sure not our last. This property has great 'bones.' It's a beautiful building, which has benefitted from loving, careful restorations--that are ongoing. Our room (#8) really was a suite. Public spaces are charming and comfortable. We were in the area for a concert at the nearby Abbae de Sainte Benoit, and it's great to know that we now have a toehold for future trips. HIGHLY recommended.

Fantastic location, large lounge space on main floor, fridge and glassware in room - we had the family room so not enough space for more than a folding chair unfortunately but it is an amazing old building that has been well cared for. Some additional face cloths would be a welcome addition.

The character of the old building was refreshing compared to modern hotels. The room was charming and clean.
As I arrived late afternoon, no staff was present on site. I was, however advised by phone message where to locate the key and access code to the room and building and all went as per directives,
