Overall was excellent but indoor pool was not usable which is very disappointing as that is a big reason why I chose this location. Said it was close for cleaning but it was obvious that it had been closed for an extended of time . Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly

Terrible stay very noisy. The first night we had a bunch of teenage boys from a sports team staying in rooms next to us and they were unsupervised rowdy and very loud into the night. I Asked the front desk for a different room to no avail and nothing was successful in quieting them down don’t know why the coaches weren’t around to supervise them…. The second night we had kids running throughout the hallways playing tag well after 11:30 pm so I would not recommend this hotel to others as there was no authority or controls in place to handle excessive noise from fellow travelers.

The location of the hotel was centrally located and easy to get to. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We were impressed with the staff who were all very accommodating and attentive to our every need. The included breakfast had everything from cold cereal to pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon etc and was open until10AM which worked for us as we didn't want to have to get up very early to get breakfast. We would recommend it.

Not sure why I was put up in a handicap room, those rooms should be for the ones that really need it and it's notnlikenthere wasnt enough rooms. Room was very musty smelling and the desk clerks were not very friendly.

Was put in a handicapped room although not requested. Beds very low to the ground and wheelchair capable shower with seating. Was furthest from lobby and breakfast room. Requested housekeeping 3 times (for 2nd out of 3 day stay) but it was never provided. I stayed at this property 2 years ago and was very happy but it has clearly gone downhill.

We stayed here for five days while we enjoyed the various activities around Burlington. The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our breakfast every day and were happy to see they offered real plates and flatware instead of the throwaway stuff normally offered in these breakfasts. They just need to add reusable cups and glasses. Would definitely use this facility again.

Quite standard. Couple of “hairs” on tub/shower edge. Parking lot noise, contractors hanging around “drinking” after work until ~21:00. Printer @ “Business Center” did not appear to be paired with desktops @ “Business Center”, nor able to pair with personal devices regardless of following printed “instructions”. Minor inconveniences. Nothing major… Yet, NOTHING to be overly excited about in this hotels offerings.

The indoor pool was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable which was a surprise for me because I always have trouble sleeping in any hotel bed. Breakfast was also good with lots of choices. Location great. The only things I didn't like is the excessive bleach smell on all the linens, the terrible water pressure in the shower (like a watering can), and the noise from other guests late at night. The room seemed a bit damp, especially the carpet, but very clean.
