About this house rental

Enjoy your ideal getaway just steps from your private beach in the historic shoreline town of Madison. A beautiful, light-filled 2,200 sq.ft. home recently renovated with a remodeled kitchen and two updated full baths. Stunning primary suite with two extra-large closets and large sitting room with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and built-in bookcases leading to upper-level deck with gorgeous water views. Large living room with cozy fireplace, built in bookcases, game table, home office corner, and slider to side deck. Spacious family room adjacent to the kitchen with white cabinets, glass door pantry closet, granite counter tops and newer appliances. French doors lead to the dining room with vaulted ceiling and skylights with slider to back deck. Renovated first floor full bath and hall off kitchen with wall of pantry closets and stackable washer and dryer. The layout of the first floor offers multiple spaces for relaxing, entertaining, and working from home. The two additional upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. One bedroom has a queen bed, large closet with built in shelves, and mini refrigerator. The second bedroom has twin beds and two large closets. Enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing on the three decks and flagstone patio with a gas grill. Enjoy water views from the upper and lower decks. The upper deck off the primary suite is perfect for star gazing! This home also has a private outdoor hot/cold shower and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. You will love the backyard and large side yard, perfect for badminton, cornhole, croquet. Two houses from the water, just steps to Hartford Ave Beach, one of the most desirable private beaches in Madison. Internet and garbage pickup is included in the rent. Ideal location just minutes to downtown Madison known for its award-winning restaurants, quaint shops, nationally known bookstore R.J, Julia’s, Ashley’s Ice Cream shop, coffee shop and cafes, art cinema, the town green, etc. Fully equipped, just unpack your bags and enjoy this sanctuary -a lovely, renovated beach home, fully stocked with everything you would need, on a quiet no thru street in picturesque Madison Ct. Great location for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. The yard was perfect for kids to play. The beach offered nice views of the sound.
