The villa has a large outdoor private space of over 1780 square meters made of terraces in different levels, guest will enjoy the use of the 93 square meters infinity pool which overlooks the sea and is equipped with elegant sun lounges. On above terrace there is a covered pergola of over 100 square meters equipped with garden sofas, large table and chairs, a built in BBQ, which makes a perfect location where to organize al fresco meals facing the sea. The property has also a roof terrace as well equipped with sun lounges where the view is simply stunning!

Villa Giunone is a traditional white stone building which is characteristic for the Greek houses, it is divided in two buildings in different levels for a total of 750 square meters the main house features at the ground floor a large open space full of light with a living room equipped sofas, flat screen TV, fire place, dining area with large table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen, the open space has large windows offering amazing sea views. In this floor there is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with also private entrance, a guest bathroom in the hall and a staff bedroom.
On the upper floor there is a master suite bedroom with double bed, fire place, sitting area and office, large private bathroom with either bath tub and separate shower the room opens to a terrace and a pergola with stunning sea view.
On the lower floor there are other two double bedrooms each with its own shower room and outside area with sea view.

The Second building features at the ground floor a second living area with fire place, TV, dining area and equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, GYM and a laundry room. On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to the outside area and a pergola.

Rental Rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
A security deposit of 3000 euros to be paid via bank transfer/cc’ charge/cash payment upon arrival
